1.00The worst experience. I just had a day in Banff and then they put us on a different tour, I missed Moraine Lake and Johnston Canyon.

5.00Great experience! Topu was our guide/driver for this tour. Drove smooth and we felt comfortable with him. Pickup was from downtown Calgary. Package covered key locations and sites in Banff, providing about an hour at each location for pictures or trailing/hiking. Takes approximately 12 hours or so to complete the whole itinerary. This is a self guided tour on a 14-passenger bus that drops you really near the sites so very convenient and no parking hassle. Paid about CAD 80 per person, which feels fair considering it was tourist season. I can recommended it if you get it for that price. Cons - Had one of the passengers insist o that the Gondola was part of their itinerary and made us late to return back to Calgary. Would advise driver to go over the itinerary and locations being covered at the start to avoid any confusions or requests.

2.00The sights were beautiful and spoke for themselves which was a good thing as our tour guide ( a nice guy) said very very little and did not have a working microphone. Our tour began late and we did not return until 10pm Overall, I would not recommend this tour company.

2.00Shuttle not tour. Left 30 min late. Driver never told us his name. No narration or info on sites. Talked so softly no one could hear his instructions when we stopped as to how long we would be staying. 10-12 hr tour was 14.5 hrs. Didn’t enforce time schedule. Air conditioning not working, cool outside but miserably hot on bus. Itinerary changed and added gondola which 90% of tour didn’t want to take so we had to wait around while a few got tickets for gondola before we were taken to Banff village to wander around until gondola ride was done.
