After the boat trip, you have an exquisite dinner in the Panorama Restaurant at the Fortress Hohensalzburg. This unique evening concludes with a concert in the most magnificent chambers.

• Consommé of beef with semolina dumpling

• Filled turkey roulade supreme with truffle mashed potatoes & fruity sauce

VIP Dinner:

• White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds

• Braised veal "Tafelspitz" from local grass-fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin & grilled asparagus

• Salzburger trout fillet „Müllerin Art“ with parsley potatoes

Great experience except for trying to find available parking nearby. Get there early. There is a long walk from boat dock to the funicular station.

Directions to meeting is not clear. Map to Fortress was not clear. Need to let people know in the advertising that you will be walking uphill on cobblestones.

The cruise on the water is just ok. The dinner and concert were simply wonderful. I would recommend upgrading to the VIP as the menu and seating options are better and it definitely makes the experience more memorable. The concert was the best experience of the evening and musicians were top notch! The evening view from the castle was enchanting even with the rain!
Forget marry me chicken, this was marry me Mozart💍

This is a great way to see highlights of Salzburg and feel immersed in the music, culture, and history in a short period of time. The dinner was quite good and the view from the fortress is stunning. The musicians were captivating and chose a great selection of music for the evening. My partner loved this so much, he proposed to me over dinner!

It was very enjoyable, lots of walking to get to the top of the fortress and from the river cruise to the funicular. Food was great, views were amazing, enjoyed the music very much.
