The Musandam region, separated from the rest of Oman by the United Arab Emirates, is the northern most part of the Sultanate. The dramatic Musandam peninsula is perhaps one of the most scenically spectacular area in the Gulf. These spectacular fjords have given the area a second name "The Norway of Arabia”. The peninsula is mainly inhabited by the Shihuh, who are fishermen and herdsmen and are probably descended from the original inhabitants of northern Oman. Fishing is the peninsula's main industry with packing plants at al-Khasab and Bay'ah. Transportation is mostly by sea, since no roads cross the forbidding terrain.
Musandam - Khasab is very close to United Arab Emirates and easily access able by road for guest from United Arab Emirates.
Musandam - Khasab makes it very unique because of Spectacular Fjords, Natural dolphin, Coastal view, Tallest Mountain, Historical Telegraph & Seebi Island, bedouin villages in the Fjords & in the mountains.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on traffic conditions at the borders
Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or partial refund.

An experience driver will pick up from any hotel in Dubai & drive to Khasab Passing by Ras Al Khaimah & through the panoramic, coastal road, overlooking the Gulf of Arabia and the Straits of Hormuz. Multilingual guide will meet & greet at Khasab Port & start the cruise to Spectacular Fjords of Musandam Passing by bedouin villages & overlooking Gulf of Oman with beautiful Scenery cover by tall & Long Mountain We assure Dolphin watching experience during the cruise where you can see dolphin jumping close to the dhow for a long time. The dhow will anchored at historical Telegraph Island repeat station built in 1864 by the British to connect Bombay (India) with mainland Britain by an underwater and overland telegraphic cable passing via Basra in Iraq and Turkey. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling at the Telegraph Island in the pristine and calm waters of the fjord. Lunch and refreshments are served on board. Snorkeling equipment and towels will be provided on the dhow. afternoon by 1500 Hrs - Cruise will return back to Khasab Port Transfer from Khasab to Dubai any hotel or Mall of Guest choice.
Khasab
Khasab is a port city on northern Oman’s Musandam Peninsula. Khasab Fort has crenellated stone turrets, model wooden boats and a museum with handicrafts and archaeological finds. From Khasab Harbor, wooden boats cruise the Strait of Hormuz, offering rugged coastal views and dolphin sightings. South, past mountain villages and green valleys, Jabal Hareem peak is known for its marine fossils.

5.00It's a spectacular tour! The driver is very professional and helped us a lot with the immigration procedures. Once we arrived in Oman, the boat looked great with its traditional decor. The captain and crew were excellent and made us feel very comfortable. The food was delicious and plentiful. We would definitely do it again!

3.00This day-trip was magical, well organised and a day to remember. The water was beautiful, dolphins swam alongside the boat and the food was lovely. However, unwanted attention began early in the day, with mentions of holding hands with the driver and presenting my passport to border control as “the driver’s girl”. This ramped up on the boat when, while trying to go down the ladder into the sea, I was “showered” (my chest was sprayed with a hose), many comments were made about my appearance and my marital status and one crew member got into his underwear, got into the water and took me by the hand, pulling my body so it was alongside his. I was extremely uncomfortable and said I was cold so I could go back but he continued to pull me around. I understand that some of this may be cultural and meant in kindness but solo female travellers join organised tours for safety in numbers and to avoid this kind of behaviour. I wanted to learn about a new place and experience a different culture; I was not there to discuss my love life. It was so relentless that strangers were asking if I was OK and one couple invited me to sit with them in an attempt to rescue me. I took a taxi back to my accommodation from the centre of Dubai. It ruined the day.

5.00We just did this trip yesterday with my family. We are 2 adults and 3 kids, and the experience was so spectacular for each of us. From the moment we were picked up and all the way to the end, we felt safe, secure, and well attended to. Every person involved was just so lovely and caring towards us. The boat trip itself is a must do. Oman is just so enchanting, and the waters are so prestine and comfortable to jump in and go for a swim. We loved the boat ride and the lunch included. We were all happy, and I am so glad my children got to experience this country and adventure. Thank you, Khasab Tours. You should really choose this tour company if you are planning to go to Oman!!!

4.00Good experience during the 4x4 ride in Omani territory. Despite an unexpected puncture just before attacking the mountains, the ride was pleasant between goats, donkeys and steep mountains.

5.00It was a really wonderful experience! We we were a group of 13 and we spent the night on the dhow, and it was really magical. The captain was really kind. The food was great! They provided canoes and a big floatie that fit almost all of us. We saw dolphins, went snorkeling and overall just had a wonderful time. Would absolutely recommend!
