Museo Atlántico is the only underwater sculpture museum in Europe. For those people who do not have a dive license, we offer a special program to visit the Museo Atlántico. The program consists of three sections and takes 5 hours in total. It begins with a try dive from the shore. For this first dive we explain the most important dive theory in a 20 minute safety briefing. You will then dive from the shore with one of our instructors to a maximum depth of 6 meters. After completing this dive, you will learn a few basic dive skills in the pool together with your instructor. After a short break we board the boat to the Museo Atlántico. The sculptures are at a depth of 14 meters. As this is your second dive you are not allowed to dive deeper than 12 meters. We will organize a dive with a private guide to keep you at 12 meters. At this depth, you will have a perfect view of the statues.

Participant should wait at least 18 hours before you take a fight after this program . All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

10:00 Start of the try dive program. We explanation of the most important rules in scuba diving (20 minutes) Then we get suited up in full scuba equipment. First dive in the sea (approx. 35 minutes) to a maximum depth of 6 meters. 5.00Amazing experience definitely a must do. Divers were very experienced, knowledgable and informative, explaining very relevant information in an understandable way. And very patient - as an apprehensive diver who didn’t think I would dive past 1 meter they calmed me enough to dive the full 12-14 meters for which I cannot thank them enough. The explanation of the sculptures was informative also.

5.00I couldn’t recommend this experience enough!! Both me and my girlfriend completely were completely new to diving with 0 experience but we were keen to give it a go. The whole team was super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the experience! Started with a shallower dive in the sea, getting used to the equipment and just breathing underwater in general. Can’t thank Damo enough for how attentive he was during this, ensuring the group was safe and felt comfortable every step of the way! An amazing guide to have for a first time diver! Also Damo is an amazing underwater photographer aswell, I have some beautiful photos of me and my partner to keep as memories:) Museo Atlantico was the deeper dive. After some teaching of basic skills in the pool area we headed out for the dive! All instructors were brilliant throughout, the views are breathtaking! Once in a lifetime experience and worth every penny!

5.00I've just enjoyed a totally wonderful day out with these guys. I'm in my 60s, my husband didn't want to join me so I went alone. Everyone is really friendly. I booked the visit to the museum for beginners. I've never dived before so did a couple of try dives in my local pool (just £10 each) just so I could experience how the kit feels, which if you have the chance I recommend. But total beginners will be absolutely fine. The staff go through everything you need to know. They're very safety conscious and all the kit looks very new so I had absolutely no concerns regarding safety. As for the museum itself, wow, what an experience. The speed boat ride across the bay to and from is an added bonus! Well worth the money for an unforgettable day out. 5 stars all the way.

5.00Had an intro to diving course with 2 dives and then decided to do the open water qualification. I have to say it ‘s the most friendly and welcoming place if you are daunted or a beginner. Fantastic people to help from Steve, bob, Jess and my instructor for the week - Hank. Had a blast. For someone who hasn’t taken care of his fitness for a good few years and found some tasks daunting - it has been a life afirming process. Without their care I wouldn’t have found the wonderful world below the waves. thank you and couldn’t recommend them enough.

5.00Fantastic experience, loved every minute, especially my 14yo son. Bart’s team were great, safety is clearly the no1 priority and we felt perfectly safe with our 6m dive, pool session and then a 12m dive to the Museum. We were lucky enough to see an Angel shark & a barracuda at the museum. All the staff here were helpful, knowledgable & never took their eye of us to ensure we were safe at all times. My son started off very nervous but that didn’t last long as the instruction & explanation was superb, & by the end of it he was wanting to go back and complete his full PADI open water course!! Great team, great dives, well done & thankyou all!!!

5.00My boyfriend and I booked a diving experience for novice divers. In the morning we briefly got some theory about how all the material works. A little later we took a dip in the sea to get used to breathing underwater. I didn't feel 100% comfortable underwater, but the instructors and their calm appearance made me feel more and more comfortable. In the afternoon Museo Atlantico was on the program, but unfortunately we were told that there was no visibility and you did not see the statues of the museum. We were given the choice to either do a different diving experience, or come back another day. We are very happy with the flexibility, friendliness and safety of the team. Because we chose to come back another day, we could still visit the museum. During the dive we saw many fish besides the statues. And there were also many pictures taken of us. I want to thank Bart and the team for this wonderful experience! Hope to see you next time!
