  My son was desperate to go here so we went along to then be told you have to buy tickets online so I tried to book tickets but my phone wouldn’t let me so I tried Apple Pay that didn’t work not sure why struggled with postcode maybe as we’re from the uk ,one staff member tried to help but he couldn’t get it to work either , he told me there was no other way to book so we left after trying several times , my son was in tears , a few hours later I got a message from my bank saying they’ve blocked my card after suspicious activity they tried to take 2 payments and then could see that I was now signed up to some sort of subscription , after reading the reviews I’m now glad we didn’t go

• Tourist Trap and Lies!

  This place lies to get you in the door. They claim to give you all you can eat ice cream when, in fact, they only provide you with samples. They also rush you from room to room ruining any type of experience you’d hope to have in a museum. They’re a tourist trap. The employees are rude as they rush you through the “experience.” They call themselves a museum yet, I didn’t learn one fact about ice cream, I was actually prevented from reading the charts they offered or viewing the historic items used to make ice cream. I didn’t experience one interesting thing while being herded from room to room. One employee actually scolded me for using an incorrect term when asking for one of the few samples they offer and another employee completely dismissed my friend after they tried to charge us extra for ice cream at the counter and he asked about the all you can eat aspect of the experience. This is a pathetic excuse for a museum, the arcade games didn’t even work! The only thing more pathetic than their attempt to provide you with an experience is their customer service. I wrote a review and “Seandae X.” responded and told me to send an email. I’ve sent two emails in the past two weeks and have not received any response. They want to publicly respond as if they care but, they don’t actually do anything with the complaint. If you like wasting your money and choking down ice cream as you’re rushed from room to room and prevented from seeing/doing anything, then this might be for you.

  We enjoyed this much more than I thought we would! Our teens wanted to go mostly for the photo ops, but we ended up actually really enjoying the visit! There were some areas where things were broken, and ‘unlimited Ice cream’ is misleading as it’s just lots of samples of fixed flavours, but there was still plenty and we didn’t need lunch at the end of our visit. It is a little pricey, but if you enter into the spirit of it you can spend a good hour there.

  We chose to visit the Miami Ice Cream Museum attracted by the online advertising and information on the site, but the experience was very different than promised. Ticket prices arrived on site were higher than those indicated on the network and, despite being advertised that you could enjoy “as much ice cream as you want”, in reality the possibilities were very limited. The flavors granted were few, not those usually more appreciated (chocolate, hazelnut, etc.), you could not choose freely at all and, to have a little more variety, those of your choice in a miserable cart 8 flavors, were for a fee. We spent $190 to visit a series of cute rooms, a kind of small playground for young children, with a promise of tasting absolutely untrue. In general, it seemed to me an experience that was not transparent and not in line with the expectations created by advertising. Definitely would not recommend it to those looking for a real “ice cream paradise”. Disappointing.

  Pretty good, but some of the things Disney work. We got to taste lost of different ice veranda. They were very good, and Big portions. We felt it was over a little too fast, and some of the rooms were very crowded so that we couldnt experience everything as we wanted.

  Fun for the kids. Unlimited ice creams. Novel backdrops and concepts. Quite a lot of info on the history of ice cream. Surprisingly more adults there than kids. Some go just for the photo op. Cute sprinkle pool instead of a ball pool for the kids. The only downside was how hot it was inside the whole place! Then up the ac!

  LOVE this museum! This is the 2nd location we've been too, and both experiences have been amazing. Such a fun experience for all ages, but especially the kids. Highly recommend visiting!

  The museum is very interactive and fun. It has slider, joke, lots of sorteve and a very fun sprinkles pool. My son lost his cell phone and they found it a week later. Tava inside the sprinkle pool. Manager Boba was very concerned about what happened.
