• Excellent tour of the Bahama islands and swimming with the pigs

  This was the highlight of our trip to Baha Mar. Captain TJ and Captain S Jay showed us a great time. Their boat was fully stocked with drinks (for both kids and adults), their speaker was loud for our dance party, and they took us to all the best spots. The other boat tours at Baha Mar tried to talk us out of going with these guys but we are sure glad we went with them. They are a bit less expensive than the consortium of tour guides that have a monopoly at Baha Mar but we think we had a much better time! They were both in a rush to get rid of us and we appreciated that they customized the tour to our group. We highly recommend this company!

  I had an incredible private boating experience in the Bahamas with Captain Sterling & Malcom! The service was outstanding, offering both exceptional value and an unforgettable adventure. They were professional and attentive, ensuring that we had the best day on the water!

  We had a fabulous day with Captain Sterling Martin. I hired him for a simple two hour fishing adventure so that my boys, ages 13 and 10, and our friends two boys, ages 15 and 13, could catch some fish. We got so much more out of our day. His boat is nothing fancy, but definitely gets the job done and is perfect for cruising around the island (and he is saving to get a newer boat soon). He is so knowledgeable and friendly and was fantastic with the kids. He even suggested a quick snorkel on the way out to the fishing spots so that the kids could see some great reef fish, and he was prepared with snorkel gear for them.. Then he knew exactly where to take us to catch a bunch of fish. This was not a sportfishing day for big fish but rather just to catch some local fish that would be good for cooking, and we caught plenty! While our companion family did not, our family opted to purchase a modestly priced add-on to go with Sterling and some of his colleagues to cook up our fish for lunch. This was to be a true “local“ experience and it definitely was ! He picked up my wife on the beach in front of our hotel and then cruised over to a local village where Sterling keeps his boat. His colleagues already had charcoal going and we cooked up the fish a couple of different ways and just had great conversation. This type of experience for those who want to experience things outside of the confines of a nicer resort. We were in the back bay of a local fishing village, eating off of wooden benches and just enjoying true local hospitality. For those who like this, I highly recommend it. Nothing fancy, but very “real” and authentic. The last thing I will say is this: I feel we got more than we paid for. And this is important because it’s so easy to get hustled when you are a tourist in a foreign country. We paid exactly what we negotiated, and we got exactly what we paid for and more. Sterling and his colleagues were very fair with us and I am very appreciative for that.

  Captain Sterlin was a wonderful host. Knowledgeable of the islands and surroundings. Gave us options for anything we wanted to do from visiting the pigs, snorkeling reafs, swimming private beaches, exploring local foods and markets. Fun and personable 10/10 recommend.

  the captain was super kind, welcoming, and informative about the islands; we learned a lot!! beautiful views of the bahamas, we saw so much. snorkeling was my favorite part! no crowd, only a few of us seeing the sea life. the boat ride itself was also an enjoyable experience!!! captain provided soap to wash our hands after swimming with the pigs. he also provided water and ice if we were thirsty. was a very nice way to spend the afternoon and got to experience outside of the resort a little bit. would reccommend to others :)

  We had a great time on SJaysAdventures during our time in Nassau! The captain and mate were great and the boat was very clean and comfortable. We went fishing and caught plenty of fish that we came back and cooked on the beautiful beach. I would totally recommend trying them out for a fun family adventure out in the sun!
