  The. Viator use was easy. Easy pick up of tickets. Frequent communication from Viator. The tour of Neuschwanstein Castle was wonderful although you MUST BE ON TIME or they will not let you in past or before you tour time.. The views from the castle and grounds were spectacular.

  Wonderful trip with family. We took a day trip from Munich, explored the Castle, and then enjoyed a picnic meal and quick swim in Lake Forggensee. Viator made the trip possible. Thank you!

  We enjoyed the tour so much and had our tour before the big crowd thanks to Viator. The guide that gave our ticket gave great advice and we loved learning about the castle

  You had to travel to a youth hostel on day of visit two hours beforehand to pick up ticket. I scouted it out and knew where to go beforehand but you had to find this place which wasn’t easy and ark pretty far away. Then you had to get over to the castle and figure out what to do. It was a right window. Also it killed our day because the tickets were for 11:05 and ad said 9:15. You can’t cancel if you find a better deal which there were others. They did deliver the tickets. The woman who runs it was very nice and polite and so was the man who helped her which is why I gave two stars and not one.
