  Best lunch cruise we can remember, the boat is spacious & comfortable. The staff are awesome & so friendly, the food is excellent with seconds available. There is an on-board bar which is well stocked, the commentary was interesting & accurate. The departure point is easy to find right next to the Honeysuckle Hotel, we are going to book the dinner cruise next time!

  Fantastic way to catch up with family whilst learning about Newcastle. Especially if some family are older & less mobile. Wonderful lunch!!!

  Certainly recommend this cruise for an enjoyable afternoon. Commentary, food and friendly staff, all great. Surprised at the amount of room we had considering the boat was full.

  It was a lovely day . Very well organized food was nice staff friendly and lots did learn a few things about Newcastle Harbour we didn’t know .

  This has to be up there with the best of river cruise experiences. The cruise started and finished exactly on time. The crew were all friendly, efficient and hardworking. The vessel had air conditioned dining / seating down stairs with large windows and open top deck seating. Unfortunately the toilets (2m 2 f) on board are tiny! The lunch was so fresh and plentiful it was plated up for the passengers by the crew from a smorgasbord you could choose from - king prawns, cold chicken, ham off the bone, green salad, cous cous, coleslaw, fresh tiger bread rolls. There was plenty left over for seconds. Followed by alternate individual portion desserts of carrot and mud cakes. The commentary was very informative and interesting as we made our way along the Newcastle Harbour. The only downsides for us was the seating being rather tight and noise levels from group conversations was very loud and made it hard to hear the commentary. Overall, a wonderful day out.

  Staff very attentive. Smooth ride Good commentary Food adequate but do hate queueing up for my food. Tablecloth’s would have been a nice touch.
