There is no tour guide on the train. Once the train ticket is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Guests must use the name and date of birth on the passport/Photo ID upon registering.

If you participate in Canada itinerary, a valid US passport or a valid passport along with your US green card is required. Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

The ride duration varies from eight (8) to twelve (12) minutes with spectacular aerial views for miles in every direction.

Itinerary B (Canada Side) This observation tower on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls offers bird’s eye views of the natural wonder. The tower stands 520 feet from street level and 775 feet from the bottom of the falls. You can even relax and enjoy a meal at the 360-degree Revolving Dining Room in the tower.
Itinerary B (Canada Side) At the edge of the Horseshoe Falls you’ll find the famous Table Rock Complex, where millions of people from around the world travel every year for a first-class view of the majestic Niagara Falls. The "Table Rock" got its name from a large rock shelf that used to sit a little further north of where the Table Rock Complex stands today. Itinerary B (Canada Side) Journey Behind the Falls is one of Niagara’s oldest tourist hot spots. You will get the opportunity to descend 125 ft. by elevator, where a short tunnel gives access to two outdoor observation decks and two portals located directly behind the Falls. Walk out on to the Upper and Lower Observation Decks for the magic of experiencing the Horseshoe Falls from directly underneath the cascading power above. You'll experience the awesome spectacle of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down to the basin below. During summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunders over the brink every second, travelling 65 kilometers per hour!
