  STAY AWAY! By far the worst tour I have ever been on. One tour guide was fine, the other woman was good awful with visible track lines all over her arms. So bad to the point where my child asked what they were. All she did was scream and cause a disorganized mess. When we co buyer our displeasure with the tour, the guide told us we needed to wait for the tickets and he didn’t have any on him but then at the cave of the winds whipped tickets out of his pocket. So he could’ve given us our tickets and let us go on our own. We didn’t see any of the things listed on the itinerary besides the maid of the mist and cave of the winds. He said the trolley was too busy to take. Overall, this was not worth the money and felt like a scam. Do not recommend at all.

  Your feet will get wet, so take a change of socks and shoes! A mall towel will come in handy after the boat ride to dry off.

  The tour was very well organized and the tour guide was exceptional. We saw unbelievable views and heard wonderful stories.

  Received the email saying where to meet up and when (hotel at 12p). So I went to the location stated in the email and was there about 1150. No one there. Walked around, no one. Rechecked the email, yup I'm in the right spot. Went to the othwr side of the hotel, still nothing. Tried to call the phone number and got ahold of someone, only for them to hang up before they could actually help me. Tried calling back and all I got was an answering machine. Tried to call again, still an answering machine. At this point it's 12p already. I'm in an absolute panic because the email said several times that the bus leaves promptly at 12p. Finally got a text asking if I was having trouble checking in so I called that number since it was different than the one I was calling before and he's like yea where are you? Im right where the email said to be, where are? He's like oh we're across the street. ACROSS THW STREET?! What happened to the meeting place stated in the email?! I literally ran through the hotel to get to where they were at and thankfully they dis wait for me but man did that just put me in a bad mood for the rest of the tour. The tour itself was nice but communication would've made it nicer. I'd have to give a deep consideration to book with them again
