2.00Finding 5 star tours was an absolute nightmare. I would recommend that you give people proper location details as the are outside the park not outside the comfort hotel. Lucky a member of the doughnut stall was nice and pointed me in the right direction.

1.00Our experience with this tour company was extremely disappointing. We had a member of our group with an injury who could not participate in the walking portion. When we explained this to the guide, he assured us we could go to the Maid of the Mist and “go right in.” That turned out to be completely false — the tickets provided did not work, and we ended up having to purchase eight new tickets out of pocket. When we reached out to the company to explain, they not only denied any responsibility but also refused to offer even a partial refund, despite the misleading information given by their own guide. Their response was cold, dismissive, and blamed us entirely. We’ve taken tours all over the world and understand policies, but this goes beyond policy — it’s about honesty and customer service. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. I would not recommend booking with them.
