Visit the most emblematic D-DAY sites with a professional English speaking driver guide. Departing from Bayeux, you will reach Normandy's Coastal battlefield grounds in a comfortable and fully equipped 8 or 19 seater vehicle. This tour features a stop at Omaha Beach that will include informative commentaries by your guide. You will then move on to the Pointe du Hoc landing area where the US Rangers assault group captured the area after scaling the cliffs. End the tour with a stop at the Normandy American Cemetery.

Our tour guide was a lovely English man named Matt. He was very animated, well informed, funny, and made the experience worth the train ride. He went into great detail about the history of the war and talked about interview details from those who knew were alive during the war. I recommend all who take this tour with Matt.

Great tour if you don’t have a full day. Our guide, Matt ( originally from UK) was fantastic. Animated, great story teller of historical events pre and post D Day. If everyone applied the same passion to there jobs, success would be inevitable.

Our tour guide, Maggie, was brilliant! She knew so much history and was able to give us excellent insight into what happened during that fateful time. The visit to the cemetery was very moving, especially as Maggie got us there in time for Taps. Although a sad and serious tour, Maggie was able to provide light moments of fun and she was full of interesting stories, both tragic and heartening.
