This wonderful tour takes you hunting for Northern lights in 4x4 Mini-Bus with an expert top rated local Northern Lights guide. Our hunt takes you from Akureyri town to the countryside away from the bright city lights so that the Northern Lights can be seen in all their beauty and colours. The local guide will share Icelandic tales during the journey and there is a chance to buy professional photos of your night. You will receive a free retry the next evening if no Northern Lights are seen (provided we a running a group tour the next day). This tour was so incredible! I really wanted to see the Northern lights and going to hunt them with a beautiful 4x4 and a very prepared and patient guide was the best option. The guide was very nice with us and determined to find the lights. We were so lucky to find them and they were absolutely stunning. Music in the sky. Never give up waiting and good luck hunting! Incredible experience.

Highly recommended, we loved the 4x4, it really felt like an expedition hunting northen lights in the darkness of the night. We were so lucky to find them and they were amazing!! The tour guide was also very nice, answering all the questions and very patient looking for the lights. Car well heated! We will repeat next season for sure.
