5.00When I messaged them the only thing i knew was that we wanted to jet ski. We didn't know how we were going to get over to Nusa Lembongan from Bali yet. When i told them that they set up every last detail for me to get there and back to our villa. The day was amazing due to their overall assistance. Checking in and getting ready was simple and smooth, no problems. The guide for jet skiing was top notch and was able to adjust to the surf conditions on the fly to make the most of our time. Overall highly recommend!

5.00A great jet ski ride around Nusa Penida! The jets are new (2 months) and the guide super nice! I recommend this jet ski company if you want to go jet skiing. There are different formulas available as well.

5.00Amazing service and maintenance staff. Just WOW! The trip was awesome and the staff managed everything to make us a good stay. Definitely would go back to you! Since we were with that many we couldn’t arrange scooters at the harbor, thank you guys picked us up ! Will definitely be back!

1.00booked a jetski was told a price but they actually outsourced to blue star but that team at blue star is the worst service crew i have encountered throughout my travel in Indonesia - rude and unfriendly. I informed them we were overcharged when we arrived as they showed us the price and he rightly gave me a discount of 425k IDR, then i confronted Nusa Penida Info, blue star came and confronted me for the payment or stop the jetski straight away in a very rude and unfriendly manner. In the first place, they gave us a discount which they willingly gave upon seeing what Nusa Penida info has charged me and yet admitted their mistake subsequently and confronted us for a mistake they made in an unfriendly way. We paid the difference as it is pointless to argue. My driver told me the one next door to blue star is the best.
