Important Information for Tour Participants Please read carefully to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Punctuality & Advance Notice Please arrive on time. If you are late or absent without prior notice, it may be considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee may apply. If you are going to be late, please contact us in advance. Final Confirmation We will contact you by the day before the tour with details such as meeting location and time via your registered phone number or email. Pick-up from Hotels on Iriomote Island If you request hotel pick-up, the meeting time may differ from the standard time. To confirm the correct meeting time, please contact us the day before using the method on your ticket. Participation Requirements SUP: Ages 12–59 Canoeing: Ages 6–59 Pregnant individuals, children under 6, and those with pre-existing medical conditions may not participate. If you have any concerns, please consult with us in advance. For Those Who Are Anxious If you are worried about physical fitness or have fears about the sea or rivers, please feel free to contact us before booking. Equipment & Safety For water-based activities, wearing a life jacket and helmet is mandatory. If you do not cooperate with wearing the required safety gear, you will not be allowed to participate. Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times for your safety. Weather Conditions The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, if the field is deemed unsafe, the tour may be canceled. Clothing & Preparation Please wear clothing that can get wet. There are no toilets at the tour site, so please use the restroom beforehand. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Shower Facilities Shower facilities are available at our office. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel. Note: You may be denied boarding the ferry if you are still in wet clothing. Languages Tours are conducted in Japanese or English. Please note that depending on the reservation situation, the tour may be guided in Japanese only.

5.00This time I participated with my 10-year-old son. Canyoning: It was a bit thrilling to see the amount of water because of the rain the day before. I was a little scared of the turbidity of the water, not knowing if I could see the bottom and get my feet on it. My son is not good at exercise, but he had the support of a guide and enjoyed it. Mangrove canoe: We passed through a narrow tributary of mangroves that only a canoe could pass through. I was captivated by the fantastic sight. Even though such experiences are world-wide, they are rare. I assure you that anyone who is unsure of going should definitely go. Tour Guide: I had Seta guide me. I am very satisfied with the very careful service they provide. They are knowledgeable. It was very easy to get in touch with the guides as they didn't have much of the fractious feeling they had. Changing rooms: This is hard to help, but the building itself was old and there were dead insects and things on the floor of the shower room. I think it would be good if you cleaned it a little more frequently.

5.00Very pleasant excursion, everything is perfectly organized to be able to take the ferry back and forth the same day of the excursion. The members of iriomote ADVENTURE pee are endlessly kind. No French speaking guides available but every effort is made to communicate in English during the excursion. Canyoning (about 1 hour) is within everyone's reach. Good for a first experience, too little taste for the more experienced.

My guide Nana-chan gave me a detailed explanation of the animals and plants on Iriomote Island, and I immediately missed my eldest daughter, who seemed anxious at first, but was a little scared in fourth grade, and enjoyed it. We are very pleased with the free photos and videos that were taken well, which will be an unforgettable memory for the family. Thank you very much.

5.00Such an amazing experience!!! Would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to have an adventure into Iriomote's beautiful natural wilderness. Our guid Kono knew so much about the environment and made sure all of the activities were safe and fun. Definitely a must. Great for beginners trying out canyoning and kayaking/SUP for the first time but also equally as great for those already well experienced.

5.00We had sold out of tickets for the scheduled ferry to Iriomote Island and were late to join the tour, but Nana-chan took care of the canyoning individually. The explanation of nature was easy to understand and I learned a lot. I'll be back.
