A good sampling of Quebecoise cuisine, from gourmet to rustic, led by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide. Maude held our interest with her overview of local history in addition to her explanations of the background of the dishes that we sampled. A great way to spend an afternoon on a visit to Ville de Quebec.

This is truly a foodie’s experience. Good amount of city history incorporated into the tour. Food portions are good sizes. You will be full by the end of the tour.

OMG! What a great tour! The food was so delicious and Pamela was an amazing guide sharing so much information on culture and history. We met fun people who turned into great friends whom we joined up with later on our trip.
