La Bûche - A 3-course tasting with a Québécois pea soup, pâté chinois, and maple taffy
On Sundays and Mondays, BEClub Bistro being closed, we visit Hortus
Comptoir Boréal - We stop in this local gem to taste a traditional Qc cream fudge and 1/2 croissant
Maison Livernois - Poutine! Adult + Alcohol tickets receive a Québécois gin pairing.
BEClub Bistro - Brisket, mashed potatoes, gravy. Adult tickets receive a local wine ( 2oz glass).

5.00Maude is a great great guide that is very talkive and friendly. We tried a couple very good local dish that I probably would miss if I were not I this tour. Especially some good local white wine and gin tasting. I think it worth the price and I get what I expected.

5.00Highly recommended tour. The food is excellent — really excellent — and of course the main attraction. But what makes this walk stand out is that it’s not just about eating. You also get genuinely interesting Quebecois history. And Maude — fantastic guide. Tremendous guide. Very smart, very funny. Incredible energy — high energy. She knows things, tells the history the right way, keeps people laughing — everyone loved her, I'm sure. Probably one of the best guides you’ll ever meet.
If you have the time, this tour should be on your list! It’s a great way to experience the city’s cuisine.

5.00Our tour guide Vincent was outstanding. He’s an expert on all things Quebec City. Not only did he guide us through our tastings with lots of interesting commentary, but he knows the history of Quebec and answered all our questions thoroughly. We have done similar food tours in other cities and always enjoy them. They’re a great way to get an introduction to the city and to taste a broad selection of its foods. The quality and variety of our tastings on this tour were toptop-notch.

5.00Maude is a high energy, fun tour guide who loves her home city while sharing some of its rich history. Add to it the wonderful cuisine enjoyed during our time together - it was a perfect combination! Thoroughly enjoyed everything!
