We leave from your accommodation in Puerto Madryn to the Isthmus Ameghino Visitor Center. During the tour we will enjoy the terrestrial fauna and it will be necessary to pay for one time an income which is not included in the value of the excursion.
Punta Norte
We started from the Istmo Ameghino Visitor Center and according to recent conditions and activities, the guide already defined the place where the Orcas Vigil would be held (Punta Norte or Caleta Valdes). At no time of the year and not even having all the given conditions we can ensure the sighting. Patience and understanding that it is free and wild fauna are key to this proposal, so if you travel with children or feel that it is a proposal without guarantees, you should consider it at the time of hiring. The beach is divided into different sectors creating channels through which the Orcas can, at high tide, surprise with their presence, reaching the shore in an instant.

5.00It was an amazing trip. The animal guys through try a lot so you can have a sighting, they are communicating on the radios and it is quite an experience. You have to be very patient and be aware that you may not get to see the killer whales because they are in a natural state.

5.00All perfect luckily! I went with Hugo to the orca vigil in Caleta Valdes! Just the day of the week they didn't want to show up! But the experience and warmth of it; and above all the place was wonderful, and knowing that they can be in their habitat and decide when and how they want to eat and enjoy their freedom, the experience becomes unique. The sunset and wait until the last minute we could, we stayed and almost gave us the key the stopper! Super recommended! Thank you.

5.00Facundo was excellent. We were fortunate enough to see Orca's at the very start once we arrived at Valdes amd Facundo provided a ton of insight to the other native wildlife to the region. Great tour!

5.00I was hoping to see killer whales, then Cecilia, who was our guide, I take the opportunity to comment that she is extremely attentive, with very broad knowledge of the subject and the best love wave. He always told us that it was fortuitous to see them, sometimes you see others not, that under my hopes, however, we saw many beautiful landscapes and spectacular wildlife. I felt super comfortable the whole tour. After we got to Punta Norte and there were the orcas... the truth was majestic, I don't think there can be a word that describes seeing them in their natural habitat. They stayed for a long time in the area, and the tour lasted for more than half an hour at that stop, which we all appreciated heartily. I'd tour a thousand times more.

5.00Excellent service from Animal Travel. Guide Cecilia a genius. By far the best!! Clear, timely, knows a lot and transmits the love she feels to animals. He taught us many things, especially about penguins. And also to respect their environment and care. Very punctual and respectful of the passengers. Highly recommended!!!
