  Really nice little boat ride. Friendly staff. They give you the opportunity to get off the boat and go around the Fram Museum then they’ll pick you up again later. Beer, wine and soft drinks all available to purchase on board.

  The boat was very clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the PA system was not functioning and the commentary failed to download onto our IPhones. Also, the location of departure was difficult to find as there is no kiosk or employee to direct you.

  I’m disappointed with the customer service I received regarding a fjord cruise that was cancelled in advance due to maintenance. I understand that cancellations happen for safety reasons, so the issue is not the cancellation itself, but how it was handled. The company claimed they emailed and called me, but I never received any email or phone call. This left me unaware and inconvenienced. I spoke with Georgios Apostolopoulos while requesting a refund, but the response was unhelpful and dismissive rather than focused on resolving the issue. Unexpected problems can happen, but clear communication and respectful customer service should be the minimum standard.

  The operators were very up front with the reason for cancellation. All employees were easy to discuss options.

  Booking went well, boarded in time for the 1:30pm cruise. At 1:35 were were informed that the cruise was cancelled… after all were boarded. Was offered a full refund by operating company, and also informed by onboard employees that although we would not get the 2-hour trip as planned, those that chose to do so could remain onboard for the 1-hour ferry round-trip ride… no audio tour, no additional support. However, the ferry travelled approximately 5 minutes to the nearest island, deposited ferry guests, and made a direct return. Although the refund is (reportedly) being issued, was extremely disappointing and upsetting to miss out on what would have been an enjoyable cruise on a beautiful day. (Beware booking on nice days when many are queueing for ferry rides, as ferry guests apparently take priority to fully paid sightseeing guests)

  A great experience and a very pleasant trip. Everything was on time, and the GuideToGo app was really helpful for listening to explanations at each stop

  Lovely trip on the Fjord, so peaceful and quiet. Was good to see Oslo from the water. Fully recommend this trip.

  Very smooth quiet trip, gone are the noisy boat noises, although bit of confusion at first as the boat we were originally going on got cancelled so swapped to another boat, some info would have been helpful to save us rushing around to try and find someone, but all good in the end

  It was alright, nice weather, but there was no guide, no operator, we did not receive any information, no audio guides nothing, so we were basically just sitting on the boat for 2 hours :)
