Also, visit the magnificent archaeological site of Palenque (Named by Unesco as World Heritage Site). Time visit to the archaeological site is approximately 2.30 hours, Misolha is 45 minutes and Agua Azul is 1.5 hours. Your tour includes transport and a professional guide.

Palenque or “Lakam Ha” is a Mayan city located in the Mexican state of Chiapas, near the Usumacinta River. It is one of the most impressive sites of this culture. It is estimated that the Maya founded Lakam Ha in the preclassic around 100 BC. It is then a small village mainly agricultural, surrounded by many springs and streams. This fertile region, with an average temperature of 26°C and the highest rainfall in Mexico. The population increased during the ancient classic to become a city and then the capital of the region. I advise you to come and discover this site.

Worth every penny. One of the most beautiful trips I’ve ever taken, and if you are going to see Mexico, this is the way to do it. Oh and be sure to bring your swim trunks!

Don't book with Ecoexperiencias! A total rip-off. They promised me an English tourguide and I never got one! I specifically paid this tour for 113 Euros instead of the 32 Euros it is sold everywhere else, so I could have my English tourguide. There was no tourguide and I was put on exactly the same tour as the 32 Euros tours. They didn't reply to my emails and phone calls, I lost my money! Never book with them!

The reason I rated the tour poor is because of the tour agency, Ecoesperiences and Viator. We paid for an English speaker but did not have one for the first part of the tour. We could not visit the falls because of a film being made, understandable but we should have been notified ahead. Plus our luggage, we were being transported to Palenque, was placed in a roof rack but was not covered. We arrived in Palenque with all our clothing soaked and it cost me about 30 dollars to dry them. Neither the tour agency nor Viator was helpful I. Resolving the issue. S far as the ruins went it was a beautiful tour and the guide there, Pace was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Thel locations were marvelous, breakfast and lunch were very good. The only drawback was this was an 18 hour day. Picked up at 4 am and returned at 11pm. My guide at Palenque was well informed and shared that knowledge well.
