4.00Juan was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. However, we were not informed that the tour was bi-lingual, with everyone else being Spanish speakers. We felt we didn't get the full picture that the others did. Juan was lovely and tried to make it as equal as possible, not always successfully.

5.00Juan made our experience unforgettable. We learned so much and saw the not so traveled path of Panama City as well (such as the administration building). We had a private tour so we were able to spend the time how we wanted. We skipped the movie at the canal to spend more time in Old Town.

2.00The canal part is amazing but if you can find another way to go then do so. The tour started badly in that the pick up was confirmed at my hotel then less than 24hrs ( so couldn’t cancel for a refund) was told that we needed to get a taxi to a pick up location it’s not the money as very cheap but just annoying make it clear when you are booking. The main language was Spanish ( shame that wasn’t made 100% clear when booking) the tour also was disjointed a few people on the tour didn’t now what the next stop was. The canal part was just a drop off and pick up hence a taxi would have done. The remainder of the trip felt like it was just padding out the tour. The actual English guide was pleasant enough but the Spanish guide took over we appreciate we are in a Spanish speaking country but overal not the best experience considering all the other tours we have previously booked

5.00Our Guide was Juan and he was very knowledgeable, kind and very accommodating. The driver was Altero (I am not sure of the spelling of Alteroname). Altero was also very nice and accommodating... My family and I really enjoyed both Juan and Altero... Keep up the Awesome Job and we will definitely patronize this company again..Merry Christmas and Feliez Navidad.

5.00The experience lacked nothing. Very informative and we got to see a ship pass through the Panama canal. Elena was the absolute best guide ever. Her vibes is unmatched, bubbly and genuinely cared. She made me regret not booking more excursions. 10/10 hiiiggghhhlllyyy recommend.

4.00It was informative and well organized. We had an English speaking guide who explained and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and polite. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Overall the tour was well structured and I would recommend it to any visitors to panama.

3.00It was good overall, but they arrived 40 minutes later than scheduled, which delayed the tour. Because of that, we missed the full moment when the ships cross the canal, by the time we got there, the boat was already leaving.
