5.00Please do this tour if you want an authentic Panamanian historical experience. Organizer is very responsive and tour guide (Leon) is very knowledgeable and attentive. The ride is also very comfortable.

5.00It was great. Our guide, Eduardo, was excellent. Spoke fluent English and Spanish and gave info in both. Knew about history and areas, answered all questions, made us feel safe, was patient, gave tips on other things to do and places to go and how to get there without being a salesman. Just helpful. Super nice young man. Lots of smiles and laughs while seeing and learning about Panama. On request they also picked us up from Playa Bonita at our resort. Only a little bit extra and did not ask for anything more. Our driver, whose name I am sorry to say I forgot, was amazing. Quiet and focussed on the road which was great cuz the roads are super busy with everyone going every which way. He did it expertly and fast. I would highly recommend booking with them. Also, if you want to be dropped off at a spot along the way and go from there on your own - that’s ok too. Some people on the bus did that. Ooh - DO see the movie at Mileflores lock. May sound boring but it wasn’t at all. Thanks again. JO & Pat from BC

5.00EXCELLENT... the guides were very professional, friendly and fun. the tour was wonderful. It is the first time we traveled to Panama and we loved it, we met all the places indicated in the itinerary and the tour ended at the albrook mall.

1.00Not worth the money! The guide provided information in Spanish 90 percent of the time. He was talking about politics which made me uncomfortable. He was not engaging, we had to keep on asking questions. The bus was so loud, it was a waste of my time in Panama. Worst tour I’ve been using Viator.

4.00Be on time for pickup. Excellent English speaking guide & wonderful driver through some very narrow streets. We were lucky to get to the Panana Canal in time to see a big ship being guided through the Canal. IMax movie excellent.

4.00Juan was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. However, we were not informed that the tour was bi-lingual, with everyone else being Spanish speakers. We felt we didn't get the full picture that the others did. Juan was lovely and tried to make it as equal as possible, not always successfully.

5.00Juan made our experience unforgettable. We learned so much and saw the not so traveled path of Panama City as well (such as the administration building). We had a private tour so we were able to spend the time how we wanted. We skipped the movie at the canal to spend more time in Old Town.
