3.00It was good overall, but they arrived 40 minutes later than scheduled, which delayed the tour. Because of that, we missed the full moment when the ships cross the canal, by the time we got there, the boat was already leaving.

4.00I thought it was odd to take us to the canal and then make us pay $17.22 for the ticket. I thought the $45 should have included these admissions to the canal and film. If we hadn’t paid what were we to do there? Some travelers said their package included those things but my leader Juan said mine didn’t.😟
Canal I’m was great. The rest of it was less than desirable.

2.00Seeing the canal was great however, if I was to go back, I would just catch an Uber or a taxi straight out there since the tour is not included admission to the locks. In addition, it seems like more stops were added to shops than anything else. The band was so hot. They had to trade it out. It was overheating in the stop and go traffic and we had to abandon the one that we were in and walked about a half a mile to get another one. This was rather disappointing, but my one goal was to see the canal and that was achieved. However, they should’ve offered to reimburse part of the tour for the absolute unbearable last 45 minutes before we could escape that vehicle.

2.00Pros: made all the promised stops plus a few more for photos. Lasted longer than expected (more than 5 hours) Cons: I learned very little about Panama or Panama City from the guide. Wikipedia is much, much better. I learned the basics about the Panama Canal from the guide and the rest from the movie at the locks. No ships were in the canal while we were there. The guide said one thing in Spanish then contradicted himself when he said what was supposed to be the same thing in English. The “artisanal market” was really just a few booths selling souvenirs. It would have been cheaper and almost as useful to Uber it to all those places, even as a solo traveler. Sad.

4.00It was great to an extent except for not being able to see any ship passing through the locks. My advice is to change the order of the sights to coincide with this event. If there is no ship at 8.30am then visit the canal at 1.00pm to give your guests that experience. I and my family were really disappointed and thought that it was money wasted. On the other hand your explanations were fantastic and you did excellent. Consider my suggestion. Thank you.

1.00Doesn’t follow what is advertised at all, timeline and language completely off. Horrible customer service, the guide tried to help us with the issues but the operator was very rude and refused help or a refund.
