  My boys had an absolutely fantastic experience parasailing with FlyTime Malta! The crew were great - professional and kind. The boat was awesome, and the gear was pristine. The unexpected included photos of the trip taken by the crew topped off a perfect afternoon. FlyTime Malta has our highest recommendation!

  No refund was issued even when the tour operator left without us. Despite reaching 10 minutes before the scheduled timing of the tour, the tour operator left without us and without informing. We informed the tour operator that we are stuck in traffic and would only be able to reach 10 mins before. There is no understanding and its the most unprofessional experience i have had. Highly recommend to book with other tour operators in Malta.

  We went parasailing yesterday for hubby's birthday and we absolutely loved it. I was a bit apprehensive because I'm not great with heights, but once you're up there it is so peaceful and you don't feel too high up. I booked this experience through 'get your guide', which was really easy and they send you lots of information about what to expect. We had to be there 20 mins before our booked time, but I would definitely recommend allowing at least an hour extra because St Julian's is extremely busy. We parked in the multi storey about a ten min walk away. They said to wear comfortable shoes, which was pointless as you have to take your shoes off before getting on the boat. Comfortable clothes are advised. You can fly in your normal clothes or swimwear. I left my sunglasses off because I thought it might be too windy, but you could easily fly with sunglasses and a cap on. Likewise, it is possible to take your phone up and take pictures if you want to risk it! There were 11 of us on this trip. Flying time is about 12 mins per flight, but we could have happily stopped up there for hours. There is a full safety briefing before setting off and you are helped into harnesses and lifejackets. Both guys working were really friendly and extremely clear with instructions. The seats on the boat were nice and comfy and there is space under the seats to store your bags. The young lad wiped the floor constantly to avoid a slippery surface and was very respectful and polite throughout, as well as taking videos and photos, which are sent to you via WhatsApp later that day. We tipped him at the end on a good job done. I never tip people, so that's how good he was! I'm quite an anxious person, but the experience as a whole was hassle free and I felt completely comfortable. The one thing I was worried about was the weight difference between me and hubby preventing us going up together, but they ask you your weight and make adjustments to ensure everyone can fly with who they want to. The only slight gripe I had was it was a no smoking boat and yet the captain was smoking a cigarette! Music is played throughout the boat trip, but not too loudly. On the way down, just before you land back on the boat, the captain has a bit of fun and dips you in the sea slightly, nothing crazy, just enough to wet your feet. We loved every second of this experience. It was something to tick off the bucket list. We would definitely do it again and would highly recommend it. And hubby was glad to report no omelettes!!!

  A great experience, it was a lot of fun and the organizers were perfect - super organized, I felt safe all the time, and they had a lot of humor. You get a great description beforehand via WhatsApps where you have to go and afterwards via WhatsApp the photos sent. There's nothing to criticize! For all those who want to take their phone up with them, I recommend a mobile phone band :)

  Lovely guides, really fun experience. I could have done with a slightly longer flight time but we had good views of the area in the time that was given. Would recommend.

  Most fun adventure we had on the island. Kids (ages 10 & 12) LOVED it! Smooth process that is safe for any age!
