• Best view in Paris through a river cruise

  If you want to see the best of Paris without the blisters, this river cruise is a must. We started right at the base of the Eiffel Tower, which makes for an incredible departure photo. The route is fantastic—it takes you all the way down past the Louvre and Notre Dame. The best part is that it doesn't just turn around and go back the same way; it takes a slightly different route on the return leg, so you get a fresh perspective on the buildings and bridges on the opposite bank. A few tips for future travelers: * The Top Deck: This is the place to be for the "wow" factor. The views are completely unobstructed and 360 degrees. It’s perfect for photography and feeling the breeze. * The Lower Deck: This is where the announcer/guide is located. If you want the deep-dive history and stories behind the monuments, you’ll hear the commentary much better down here. * The Timing: We caught the loop just as the sun was starting to shift, and seeing the Eiffel Tower come back into view at the end of the trip was the highlight of our day. Overall, a well-organized, scenic, and relaxing way to see the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

  We couldn’t go on top deck so had to stay inside the boat so it was difficult to see everything outside , this was not as advertised

  My wife and I were very excited about this cruise and were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, it ended up being quite disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional behavior from the staff. When we boarded, we were told that access to the upper deck was temporarily closed and would reopen after passing the first couple of bridges so that the water level could be checked to ensure it was safe for people to stand. Because of this, everyone was confined to the lower deck, which quickly became extremely crowded. We were stuck in the middle section with virtually no view of the surroundings. Even after passing several bridges, the upper deck remained closed. When I politely asked a staff member when it might open, he simply repeated that it was “for our safety.” When I asked if they could give us an approximate time, he responded in a passive-aggressive manner and continued repeating the same line instead of offering a helpful explanation. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we could clearly see people on the upper decks of other boats operated by the same company, and they appeared to be the exact same type of boat as ours. The upper deck was not opened for us until we had already passed Notre-Dame Cathedral and completed roughly half of the cruise. On the return journey, we went through the exact same bridges while standing on the upper deck—bridges that had supposedly been unsafe just minutes earlier. Had the staff simply communicated clearly and treated passengers respectfully, the situation might have been understandable. Instead, the lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude we encountered significantly diminished what should have been a memorable experience.

  It was a beautiful experience seeing Paris at night while Eiffel Tower was lit. I would highly recommend.

  Lack of information to arrive at the boarding platform: platform number. Too bad not to have access to the upper deck of the boat. Vision would be clearer.

  We were told when we arrived that the wait would be an hour, which on its own is too long. Even still, the wait ended up being more than an hour and a half before we made it to the front of the line (right up to the rope). As a result up having to leave so we could make our train back to London on time, so we never made it onto the boat. Incredibly disappointed and will not use this company again.

  Prepare to wait a few hours in the queue. We waited 2 hrs when we arrived at 8 pm. They seem to load 1 boat at a time.

  This is a lovely river cruise with some live commentary by the operator but also devices for an audio guide and a QR code for written guide. The only thing is you can't book a timeslot so would suggest you get there early, I would imagine it gets pretty busy during the day and high tourist season.
