  My friends and I went on the excursion the end of September 2025. We did the ATV, camel ride and tequila tasting. The camel ride was awesome!!! During the Atv ride, we got stuck out on the ride for about 30 minutes, we had to wait on someone to bring us another vehicle. When we arrived back to wild canyon from ride, we had to rush through Tequila tasting. The lady giving the tour rushed through the demonstration because the bus was there to pick us up to take us back to the resort. Well during the tasting, she showed us tequila bottles with percentage of alcohol. We purchased 5 bottles at $87 a bottle. She packaged everything up for the plane. When we arrived back to the United States and unpacked, we were scammed!!! 3 bottles were mixers with only 10% alcohol that wasn’t even tequila!!!! We are in the midst now of trying to dispute. Bypass the tequila tasting!!!!

  There were too many fees. We paid for the park pass at $1 85 and had to upgraded for $110 insurance and a park pass that’s not included when you buy any of the packages online. Included a “meal plan” that’s not even worth it (just one drink the whole day) Also, the place takes way too long. We went at 9am sharp and could barely get in 3 ziplines (Less than the 7-8 that were advertised open) utv and bungee. Each activity we had to wait 40 min plus because of not enough staff or atv/utv. Bungee jump took 1+ hours of just waiting and another 1 hour to finish a group of four. Would much rather go somewhere else next time for the price if it stays the same.

  We participated in the ORV, camel ride, horseback riding, 300-foot swing, zip lines, and animal adventure. The staff were very safety-focus and were quick to react when we witnessed an injury. The camel experience was a blast though we would have enjoyed a little bit longer ride; CG provided great information about camels and the photo session was great! Angel with the animal adventure was very informative and a lot of fun to work with. Gus and the other gentleman at the 300-foot swing were the BEST- you live every day but only die once. Jose Marie with the horses was wonderful as well. Overall, we had a great day!

  I booked the ultimate pass experience to celebrate my birthday with my friends and I can’t stress enough how incredible it was. To the entire team at Wild Canyon, thank you for a once in a life time experience. Everyone who had a hand in our experience was so kind and patient. I really appreciate the time they took to educate us on how to properly perform the activities. The photographers were such an elevated touch, not having to worry about capturing the action myself was awesome. I’m sad the ATM didn’t work, because they were all worthy of more tips, make sure you come ready because this team is more than worthy. We did Zip lining, the swing bungee jump, KISSED camels, rode ATV’s, had lunch and a tequila tasting. I’m sure I’m forgetting someone’s name but thank you to Yair - Alain, Alexus , Alejandro, Patrick, Alfonso and the entire team!! The ultimate pass is where it’s at!!

  We went to wild canyon to spend the day with the family. What made that a great day was Angel and David’s guidance to animals, super patient, with valuable information about animals. Really amazing! Thank you Angel and David, for your time and quality information. We had an amazing time with you.

• Too many hidden costs

  The rides themselves aren't bad. It was that this place charges way too much. It's $250 USD per person. The park basically opens at 10am and closes at 3PM. On top of that, they charge about $40 USD per driver for insurance or $110 per person for photos, insurance and lunch. You are not not allowed to take any photos yourself (for safety reasons) but if you happen to bring your own Go Pro, you are allowed to use it for $30 USD. It's called a CAMERA PASS. Oh, and for the ATV you will need to buy a mask for $7 USD as they do not provide you with one. Finally, if you did not purchase their all day (5 hour) pass, you'll have to pay an additional $30 USD per person for park entrance fee and another $10 USD each way for the hotel pick up and drop off. All in all, if you purchase everything they sell you, you'll be out $764 USD for 2 people for 5 hours of park time. Me being Canadian, that's over $1000 Cad. Lol, my trip to Disneyland was cheaper. This place Is a hole in the wall compared to Disneyland. I forgot to mention they ask for a tip after each ride.

• Disappointing for the money.

  The bungee cord jump and big swing were not possible for my grandkids ages 10 and 12 becasue they weighed less than 110lbs. They were very dissappointed. The ATV and UTV experience was fun but we were at the end of the line of vehicles and very dusty. The zip line was pretty good, but alot of uphill hiking for the 2 nice long ziplines. The water park slides and pool were for young babies and children. Not a hard limit but the water was only a foot deep and mostly kids <5 years old used it. Our kids were not interested in riding the camels or horses. So, the park provided just two events for us - the UTV and the ziplines. We found it overpriced and the advertizing a bit misleading.

  A park pass at Wild Canyon Adventure Park was a wonderful shore excursion. David was an amazing tour guide and took care of us all day. There were many activities and interactions to choose from. First, we rode a UTV through curvy trails, and then across the suspension bridges with gorgeous views of the canyon! It was so fun! Next, we rode an ATV with passenger seat so couples could ride together. We did a smooth ride to the beach and back. On the way back, we rode by wild horses. They were beautiful! My husband did an amazing job driving and keeping me safe! Alain and Panda were excellent guides and took great care of us. Next we went and rode and interacted with the camels. That was a relaxing and sweet experience, especially when the camel kisses you! Next, we went and ate a quesadilla lunch which was included in our package. The service was fast and pleasant, and the quesadillas were good. Last, we went and rode horses. This was my favorite experience, because I love horses! My horse was spunky, but attentive and calm. He listened to my cues when I pulled him back, because the horse in front of him was getting irritated that he was too close. The rest of the ride he stayed about a length and a half behind the other horse and stopped when I asked him to, even when the other horses were moving. Very responsive and well trained, not just a follow along horse! I was impressed and felt very safe. The horse trainer was professional and kind and even took pictures with our phone at the end of the ride! The photographers were nice and captured great moments. We bought the entire picture package, because they gave us all four activities for the same price as two! (You can also do zip lining and bungee jumping, but we didn’t have enough time to do everything!!!) We had an amazing and fun experience! We highly recommend this excursion.
