Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and FETTUCCINE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.
We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani".
Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully at the end of the experience.

We will make 3 types of fresh pasta: fettuccine, ravioli and tortellini. At the end of the making class, we will eat the same, cooked directly by a professional chef. Each participant will prepare their pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it with the rest of the group like an Italian family. The tomato sauce is prepared in advance because it has to cook for about 2 hours. While the sauce for ravioli and tortellini, butter & sage will be prepared in front of you by the teacher. We will, then, serve a dessert (chocolate salami) with limoncello and a booklet that will accompany your pasta future. At the end we offer a wine tasting of wines from our production and you will be able to buy them to ship to your country!

We had a wonderful time learning to make fresh pasta. We arrived very early and were surprised by the size of the building. There was a nice waiting area with couches, AC, water and complimentary Prosecco. At the start time, we watched a brief movie about pasta and Florence, and then headed up to the kitchen and dining area. We were told that we got lucky with our room assignment because it had an original fresco on the ceiling. Our pasta teacher asked about allergies and went over the entire ingredient list. We made Fettucine and two types of stuffed pastas. With the pastas we had a red sauce and a cream sauce. Wine was served during dinner and we had great conversation with our teacher and fellow students. Dessert was also served, with some modifications for those with food allergies. There was also an included wine tasting at the end. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Loved the cooking class, the instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable and she made the class full of fun. I went there with my family and friends, the process was explained simply that all ages in the group enjoyed the experience…. And the pasta was just divine!
