Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and FETTUCCINE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.

We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani".

Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully at the end of the experience.

The pasta class was fantastic! I've been intimidated by making pasta and our teacher made it so very easy. Beatrice was fun and sweet and so knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious. I know I'll be using the recipe booklet we got. Molto bene!!

This was one of my favorite things I’ve done in Florence. Fantastic hosts, with a friendly atmosphere and we loved meeting the group we cooked with. Overall 10/10!

Such a fun experience- our chef made it super easy and walked us through making 3 different pastas step-by-step. And at the end, they all looked and tasted great! We got lots of good photos and videos too. Great for kids- and for beginners who don't cook much- they keep it simple!
