Enjoy the most photographed lighthouse in Canada and its beautiful surrounding area on our fully guided and narrated Peggy’s Cove Tour, including complimentary hotel pick up and drop off anywhere in Downtown Halifax.
Your guide will greet you at your downtown Halifax Peninsula accommodations. You will then head towards the picturesque fishing village of Peggy’s Cove, located about an hour from Halifax.
Once you arrive at Peggy’s Cove you will have the opportunity to take a picture with the most photographed lighthouse in Canada - the iconic Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse (also known as Peggy’s Point Lighthouse).
At the end of your tour at Peggy’s Cove, your tour guide will drop you back off at your Downtown Halifax Peninsula hotel.
Trip is 3.5 hours depending upon traffic and your pick up.

1.00Don’t use them. Horrible! Told me wheelchair accessible- then after I booked- oh by the way wheelchair needs to fold up and you need to transfer- then told me there is walking on the tour. Day of excursion driver contacts us he will be at least 45 minutes late! We had a ship to catch and we’re going a long way so didn’t have that to spare. No apology, no reason, no attempt to accomodate. Cancelled and demanded money back. In the meantime, was told by local traffic person there are always issues with them. Heard from several other people if issues as well.

1.00It is not a tour. It is a ride to and back. We were in a small suv with 4 other people and the driver was late picking us up. Cheaper to take an uber.

5.00The pickup from the cruise terminal was seamless. This is a small group tour (6 passagers) on a mini va , so it was comfortable. Moe, our driver was friendly, safe and gave us information about Peggy’s Cove along the way. He dropped us off near the lighthouse area and gave us ~ 2 hours to explore. The return pick up was on time as well. Overall, we had a great visit. Would recommend this trip.
