5.00We left Melbourne bound for Phillip Island, hoping to see a few penguins, but saw much, much more. We were treated to some gorgeous views along the way, as well as more wildlife than we expected, & though the prevailing wind was pretty icy & unforgiving, our guide (Bluey, a.k.a. Tom) was able to keep the cockles of our little group with his good nature, humour & knowledge. We really enjoyed ourselves, & I got the impression that everyone onboard our bus had as good a time as we did!

5.00Jools and gumnut led us on an excellent day. Penguins can be hard to see but we came across plenty of wildlife throughout the day. Our driver jools took extra care to show us Forrest caves too. Tour gets back at midnight.
