5.00We were well taken care of from the moment we booked the tour until after it ended. Our trip was filled with wonderful experiences. Victor told stories incredibly well, and we got to explore the caves, enjoy a mud bath, and visit the Command Cave to see wartime artifacts. The meals were delicious, and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

5.00Our guide brought the caves to life with detailed explanations and a great sense of humor. The Dark Cave experience was thrilling yet very safe thanks to the attentive staff. Lunch was delicious, and our overnight hotel had great service. The friendliness of the locals really added charm to the experience. Excellent support from Trinh, who kept everything perfectly organized.

She shared fascinating stories about the caves, the national park, and the local community. 5.00The caves were spectacular, especially Paradise Cave with its impressive formations. Dark Cave was pure fun, ziplining, paddling, mud bathing, all well-managed and safe. Our guide Jessica was a star. She had the perfect mix of knowledge, kindness, and humor. Lunch was fantastic, full of fresh ingredients and delicious local dishes. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with friendly staff who made us feel at home. Trinh handled all communication beautifully. A truly wonderful adventure.

5.00The entire experience was so well organized. Driver Chien was friendly and drove with impressive skill. Long distances didn’t feel long at all thanks to the comfortable van and peaceful countryside views. Tra, our guide, was a joy to travel with enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. She made the caves fascinating and the adventure activities more fun than we expected. Lunch was fantastic, especially the local stir-fried dishes and the fresh soups. They were flavorful, hearty, and perfect after an active morning. The hotel was clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains in the early morning. The local people nearby were warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. Customer support from Trinh was wonderful, she handled every detail perfectly, making the whole experience feel effortless.
