We are the first who offer this services in Kathmandu Nepal.

Still in Nepal and India some complicated to arrange taxi or car to down town as we don't have reliable public transport From airport to city centre,this option would be great help for who is travelling first time in Nepal.

it's make you hassle free pick up from Kathmandu Airport to your hotel.

Note: After 6pm onwards our service Will be effective as nights pick up charge (19 USD).

The pick up price determined according to number of people for example-

Three pax for car you can share the cost up to 3 pax for car.

Hiace you need to be more then 4 pax then will offer you hiace or van for your comfort .

At the airport our Representative would be there with your name who has holding your name if you don't see him you need to call us on local number or whatsApp .

We will sent driver on time with your name, you need to look that man who has holding your Name. You will go out from immigration sector after when you completed your visa and we do not recommend you to buy SIM card at the airport too. The driver will be out side where all the people display their guest's name for pick up.

Ghan met us on time at airport with special Nepal traditions and it was so different than anywhere else we had this service!!! On the way to the hotel he was talking about Nepal, their traditions and many interesting things and normally they just drive to the hotel and he made all the difference with another airport pick up service.

Everything was very smoothly. Ghan wrote me before and we agreed the details of pick up. He is very friendly person and service oriented. So I strongly recommend him as a good partner. He also helped me to rent a sleeping bag for trekking.

Used the service in November 2022, everything went very smoothly. Ghan patiently waited for us at the pickup spot, it was super easy to find him and we were taken around Kathmandu on a nice car. Also he was very kind to recommend us places and make sure we are in time everywhere. Highly recommend!

Prior to picking me up at the airport, Ghan communicated with me to ensure my arrival day and time. He was professional and friendly. He was there on time to pick me up at the airport. I felt safe and comfortable especially I traveled solo. He offered to show me Thamel and its surroundings. This is my first day in Nepal and I’m already enjoying my time. If you need pick up from the airport, book with Ghan!
