In La Pierella Ecological Garden you will be able to experience a beautiful piece of a green paradise in Costa Rica. You will enjoy a walk and a chocolate tour in a wonderful place with extraordinary nature and fresh air, especially for lovers of walking and discovering places rich in flora and fauna.

A tour created to get to know a spectacular ecosystem where we will see exceptionally large plants and trees, birds and various types of beautiful animals and we will also learn about the product of chocolate and taste its delicious natural flavor. At midmorning we will start the tour with the intention of taking advantage of the hours with natural light, departing from San José towards the Costa Rican Caribbean regions, crossing the beautiful Braulio Carrillo National Park, we will arrive at the Sarapiquí region, a place that everyone should know for its great ecological richness and its importance for the conservation of flora and fauna.

We went as a family to visit La Pierella, we were received very fondly, the family that created this wonderful place is very friendly. On the site we saw many birds, sloths and even beautiful white bats. 100% recommended.

This is a family run business. 30 years ago the area was cow pasture and now it is a wonderful eco system thanks to their hard work and dedication. The tour guide, son of the owner, was knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we had a taste of Costa Rica. Carlos Soto, the driver to/from the hotel shared his knowledge of the history and life of the Costa Rican people. We have done other tours in Costa Rica and this has been our favorite.

We were group of friends…went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and took a trip to Rainforest from San Jose…our guide Carlos was wonderful…and we really enjoyed our day. I highly recommend to do this beautiful trip.

Best tours ever . Very well recomended. They know what a is a good service mean. There is all cain of options to do tours in Costa Rica. And whatbi like all options for all members of the family. From Kids to seniors.
