We will contact you the day before travel to reconfirm the booking, at Airports we will wait for you by the arrivals with a board displaying your name, at Portsmouth Port Terminal we will contact you before the booking time to check there are no delays or if you will disembark earlier and arrange to pick you up either from the Terminal Pick-up point or we will come at the arrivals and collect you(for any changes please contact us ASAP). If you cannot locate your driver please call us and we will assist you. If you cannot locate your driver please do not leave because we will have to charge you for a NO-SHOW.
