This is our most popular 2-day activity. It is incredible value for money, offering you return transport from Kampala, one-night accommodation either at the tea-house or the Nile River Camp, breakfast, lunch, plenty of beers and snacks after the trip and over 200 photos. We're almost forgetting the 3-4 hours of incredible whitewater and a 19km journey down the mighty white Nile with the best crew in the business.

Day 1: Our trip starts in Mabira Forest, way to Jinja and we do Ziplining. This activity can take up to 3 hours. We have lunch in the forest. Next, we continue to Jinja and do a boat cruise on the River Nile visiting the Source of the River Nile. Day 2: The rafting trip covers roughly 19km of the Nile. We start on the flat water just a couple of km downstream of the Bujagali Dam where we'll run through a comprehensive safety training with you. We start the day with Jaws, Pyramid and Giggitty, a great easy section of grade 2 whitewater to train you up and whet your appetite before the big stuff. By the time you get to your first major rapid of the day, you'll be feeling like a professional! Immediately after Overtime comes the choice between the grade 4+ Chop Suey and grade 4 Retrospect (water level dependent). Then comes some flat water and a chance to relax before Bubugo (Grade 3/4) which, though small to the eye, often flips rafts over! After Bubugo we have some light refreshments during a short flat before the incredible Itanda Falls! Vengeance finishes up our day, a grade 4, two-tier rapid which can often offer a flip for those who dare hit the biggest waves!

5.00Zipline.......its fun when your crossing from one tree to the other when everything is under you. The beauty of the forest when your up there its wooooow. 5.00Travelling with Inspire African Safaris was my best stress killer in 2020, the year of Covid19, travelling with David Richards who was my tour guide, he really made me enjoy the tour, I had good accommadation in the Pearls Hotel , when it came to whitewater Rafting on the waters of the Nile, feeling the real nature of the Pearl of Africa. It was a great experience never to be forgotten in life, meals prepared for me were really delicious. I hope to get back to discover more in Uganda.

5.00The holiday of a life time - with the zip line and rafting was without a doubt our favourite family trip. The comfort and beauty of the four wheel ride, the incredibly caring crew from INSPIRE AFRICAN SAFARIS,the delicious food, the comfortable and nice looking hotel rooms made it memorable for us all. Not forgetting the amazing rapids i could sometimes get scared of turning to despite the fun and trust me thats when i realised that I’d rather be scared to death than remain bored. Oh my God can’t believe i had to swim even though I didn’t know and thats why i credit the rafting team especially Juma for his great support. The Zip line was another amazing thriller i had to experience roaming around those tall trees in the middle of mabira forest. Really I can’t forget those teo days coz i will never forget them in my life coz i learnt a-lot as well as having fun not forgetting to thank Richard Davids for his great work as he is such a wonderful tour guide and thanks to him for making us have the best trip ever.
