Before You Book: Just reach out to our customer service team with your travel details (like your flight info, number of folks traveling, luggage, addresses, and itinerary). We’re here to help you figure out the best routes and vehicles for your needs. Pick-up Details: 1. Please share your correct flight info so we can ensure a smooth pick-up. 2. Our driver will be there waiting for you for 90 minutes after your flight lands. If it takes a bit longer, there’s an additional charge of $28 per hour. 3. If we don’t find you at the pick-up point 90 minutes after landing and we haven’t heard from you, our driver will need to leave, and we won’t be able to refund the fee. 4. If there’s any change in your flight schedule, just let us know at least 4 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If not, any extra costs will be on you. 5. We plan pick-ups based on when your flight lands. If you set a specific pick-up time, we’ll treat it as a one-off pick-up and drop-off order. Drop-off Info: 1. Please be ready at your hotel at the time you’ve given in the order. 2. We include a 30-minute wait time for free with drop-offs.

1.00So I booked this airport transfer server well in advance before my flight to Osaka. Instructions said the driver would be waiting at arrivals with name card to take me to hotel. I landed , got to arrivals and there was one there to collect me, i tried contacted support, only to find the support number was chinese (not japanese) and no one was picking up, Then contacted Viator support who were absolutely useless! Spent 40 minutes looking for this guy and no one was there, i then had to spend another 30 minutes trying to get a taxi - which cost me 20k yeah ($125) Still no support or refund, so basically i got scammed on this service, got forced to pay extortinate taxi far as replacement, and missed by booked dinner by 2 hours due to this disastor. Will NEVER again use this services or this site as you get zero support you have been warned!

5.00Our driver was communicative (even prior to the trip), prompt, welcoming, professional and nice. She was helpful, a good driver and a safe navigator. The vehicle was spacious, well maintained, and clean. I highly recommend for airport to hotel transfer.

5.00Driver was on time and very professional for our pickup from KIX even though I think we were a little delayed getting thru customs. It was raining and he made sure none of us got wet while transferring our luggage to the van.

5.00We opted for a private transfer over public transportation to get to our hotel given our late arrival after 24 hours of travel and so glad we did! The driver contacted us even before we left the states to introduce himself. This was nice to have the peace of mind even before leaving that someone would be there when we landed. Upon landing, the driver communicated with us to see if we had landed and for us to give him updates on how immigration and baggage claim were going. The driver also provided clear directions (including pictures) as to where we should meet him once we were ready for pickup. The van we were driven in was clean and very comfy.
