A great introduction of the Quito City is the Teleferico, the best viewerpoint of the capital. Our Private and personalized Quito Day Tour will start from your hotel at 09am. Our private transportation and National bilingual guide will pick you up from your location and then drive to the cable car north-west part of Quito. It will take us twenty minutes to get there. We will take the cable car and get to 4.050m. (13200ft) hiking trails, swing of the clouds, vegetation and fauna of the Andes Mountains are part of this great adventure.

5.00We had a half day private afternoon tour of Quito and Media del Mundo. Our guide, Galindo picked us up at our hotel on time. He was enthusiastic and informative. We had a good time! I would recommend this tour.

5.00My wife and I signed up for a private, full-day tour of Quito with Ecuador a Color through TripAdvisor. Our guide, Pato, picked us up our hotel in his very comfortable SUV and we had a brief discussion about what we wanted to see and do on our tour. Pato was very flexible and made some excellent suggestions to customize our tour. He's very personable, knowledgeable and speaks excellent english. During our day together, we covered a lot of ground - literally and figuratively - and enjoyed learning about local life, the city of Quito and Ecuador in general. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had made a new friend in Quito. I'd highly recommend Pato and Ecuador a Color if you're looking to have the absolute best experience.

5.00We had the most wonderful experience with Patricio! We got to sample local fruits at a market, got to stand at the middle of the world, and he even took a small detour for us to feed hummingbirds which was absolutely amazing. You can tell that he is very passionate about his country and city. I cannot recommend him enough!

5.00We had booked a day tour of Quito with Pato from Ecuador en color through (tripadvisor) and were picked up at the hotel. It was a perfect day with a lot of information about anything we were interested in, history, population, economical issues of the country, flora etc. Information before the tour was perfect with a list of things to bring along. We started with a stop in a local market and though we thought we knew all the many fruits available we tried more than five new local ones some of which only grow in Ecuador. Delicious. From there we went up with the telepherico, which takes you to more than 4000m and we had a wonderful view down on Quito and also saw parts of the volcano mountains on a small walk. We went to the equator and a funny educative museum. Later we explored the Basilica del voto national, which has fantastic views all over the city and great architectural details before ending the visit in the historic centre. Pato tailered the tour perfectly to what we had already seen before. He is a very knowledgeable guide with a detailed knowledge and a friendly person with a nice sense of humor and we recommend him absolutly for any activity in Ecuador.

5.00This was exactly how a private tour should be done. I was picked up exactly as promised at mt hotel and on time. My driver and guide, Galindoll, professionally introduced himself and escorted me to his spotless SUV. He explained all the things he was going to guide me on, asked if I had any questions, and started our day long adventure. Galindoll spoke excellent English and was easy to understand and was exceptionally knowledgeable in every aspect of the tour. His pride of Ecuador was a breath of fresh air and I could immediately tell that he took pride in not only his country but in the quality of the service he was providing me. His knowledge of every aspect of this tour was spot on and it was an actual joy to spend time with this guide. I’m well traveled and have found that it can be hit or miss on tours but Galindoll hit a grand slam for me. I learned many things about Ecuador easily from him and totally enjoyed this tour and cannot recommend him more highly.
