Great communication with the representative using Viator's message system. The driver was at the airport holding a paper with my name on it. It was a convenient way to get to the hotel, especially since we did not know how to use the public transport or want to deal with figuring out a taxi. We had a group of 5 people, so they arranged a large van to pick us up. Will use again!
Thumbs up to excellent transport from airport to hotel.

Driver was prompt and friendly. His English was excellent. Engaged in pleasant conversation about development in the surrounding area. Told me about each neighborhood as we drove through it. Would use again in my future trips to Guilin.

We had the most amazing time with Gary as our tour guide! We felt more than welcomed and accomodated in every way possible from the beginning to the end of our trip. Gary acted not just as a tour guide but as a friend as well. His expert knowledge of Guilin left with us an impressionable memory we will never forget. You couldn't get a tour guide better than Gary. He was exceptional!!!
