1.00We booked for 3pm on the Saturday to be sent a message a few days before the trip that 3pm was no longer available only midday was. We couldn’t make the midday due to another organised event so we rebooked for the following day at midday (Sunday). At 11:57 on the Saturday night Helena messaged to cancel the trip claiming a technical fault. We didn’t see the message until waking and therefore with only 3 hours notice. Nevertheless not enough time to secure an alternative excursion. Really messed about by them. Very poor - avoid to avert being as disappointed as we were by the treatment.

5.00Perfect if you are short on time as in this 1 he tour you can see all the landmarks and famous villas on Lake Como close to Bellagio. A bit pricey but we were the only ones on the boat that day so it was a private tour for us. Our tour guide Roberto was very friendly and knowledgeable.

5.00Excellent boat tour. Our guide Roberto was fun, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Due to our own fault we were 50 minutes late to the arrival. Roberto was very patient with us and was able to add an additional 40 minutes to our time. We only lost 20 minutes of the tour. Our boat ride was super fun, and Roberto showed us where many movies were filmed. Roberto also gave us a great recommendation for lunch. I highly recommend this boat tour, and request Roberto if you are able.

5.00Five Stars for Captain Roberto! We had the best time on our Lake Como tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to Roberto—truly the best captain we could’ve asked for! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the area, sharing great insights and stories, but also made the whole experience so much fun. We sipped plenty of prosecco, laughed a lot, and felt totally relaxed the entire time. If you’re booking a boat tour, ask for Roberto—you won’t regret it!

5.00I recently when on the Lake Como Boat Tour with Heleyna and Roberto. Both Heleyna and Robert were super sweet and very excited to take us on their boat and give us a tour of Lake Como. The tour was great, and the weather was perfect. I went on the tour with my girlfriend for our 5-year anniversary and quickly learned it was Heleyna and Roberto's anniversary too. On the tour I proposed to my girlfriend and Heleyna and Roberto were kind enough to take pictures and videos. We celebrated with prosecco and finished with the rest of the tour. I cannot recommend these two enough and hope to see them again soon!
