Enjoy a full day tour visiting top sightseeings of Corfu Island. At your private tour you are flexible to customize the itinerary and the time of visitng as you wish. During the tour you will have the opportunity to see the best of Corfu town, the famous Paleokastritsa, Kanoni and Danilia Village. You are able to customize your tour and add a stop to a beach or wherever you like. Inside our luxurious minivan you will be able to be connected to the internet using our free wi-fi. In case you are thirsty, do not hesitate to ask from the driver for fresh cold water at any time. You are able to book the tour with one of our experienced licenced guides, who will accompany you and tell you all you need to know about Corfu island. Please notice, that the driver is not a guide.

Danilia Village Corfu
Danilia Village is located at central Corfu, at a 10km distance from the Corfu airport and Corfu Town. Danilia Village has no permanent residents, as it’s a replica of a 1930’s traditional Corfiot village, used as a museum, filming set, wedding and private events set. The village was rebuilt in the 1970’s after an earthquake by the Boua family as an open-air museum, approaching the atmosphere of the old city of Corfu, in a colourful traditional village style. In Danilia Village you can find two squares, a church, a folklore museum, a traditional cafe, an open-air and an indoor taverna and other replicas of old shops and buildings, filled with antique items. Danilia Village is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy some time in a scenic environment away from modern reality, relax and experience learning Corfu’s history in a set that fits the period. The village is now part of the Grecotel chain, and it’s open to the public.
Paleokastritsa
Paleokastritsa is arguably the most famous picturesque village of the island of Corfu, located 25 km northwest of Corfu Town. The word Paleokastritsa literally means old little castle, named after Angelokastro, a Byzantine castle that stands on a hill over the village. This cosmopolitan resort stretches along a coastal road around stunning bays and a picturesque harbor where the excursion boats depart for the nearby, isolated beaches. At the end of the road, right after the main harbor is the Monastery of the Virgin Mary that overlooks the village. The monastery hosts an interesting collection of post-Byzantine icons, books and other objects. There, you will discover precious icons from the 15th century.

5.00Great travel company! From the check-in we made a few months before arrival, to the arrival itself – full availability in WatsApp and managing a conversation conveniently and quickly. Answered all our needs, we arrived with babies and children and fulfilled all our requests with fun.

5.00Out of the ports of call on our Mediterranean cruise, Corfu was one of the most memorable for us. Our driver (I unfortunately forgot his name, but I think it might have been Andreas) was so knowledgable and kind! We were traveling with grandparents, and he was very accommodating. He made sure to find drop off/pick up spots that were easily accessible for them, and still brought us to so many amazing spots around Corfu (such as beautiful view points). Throughout the tour, he explained the history of Corfu, the importance of various foods, and answered the many questions that my husband and daughter had for him! He also learned that we enjoy shopping for souvenirs and brought us to a fantastic street with good souvenirs and great prices. We would definitely recommend this tour, as it was convenient for our family of 6, and made traveling around Corfu so much more fun!

5.00I cannot recommend this car service enough! Their communication was top tier and extremely professional and friendly with all my wild demands. We used this van service for my wedding party transportation and they were on time and the vans were spotless! 10/10 recommend!
Our time was maximized by seeing most of the highlights if this beautiful Island. We highly recommend this tour

5.00The entire tour met and exceeded our expectations. Tour guide Georgia, gave indepth information for all places visuted and left the schedule entirely uo to our six guests. Also, we had an excellent Driver, Moreno, who added much for our enjoyabke tour.

3.00Our group of 4 took 4 Trip Advisor Private Tours during this cruise and this was the least impressive. On the other trips in Athens and Kusadasi, we traveled in a high ceiling Mercedes van that was easy to enter and exit. This vehicle had a lower ceiling and was more difficult for people in their late 70s to enter and exit. Our driver was excellent and had we booked without a private guide, the trip would have been a better deal. We did not ask about the wi-fi but there was no water or soft drinks available in the vehicle. Our guide was knowledgable and personable but did not add much to the stops. Out first stop was the monastery at Paleokastrites. It was very picturesque and had great views but it took a long while to get there and we did not leave until 9:52AM. Our second stop was Achillion Place at 10:47AM and it was closed for construction. Our guide should have known that and not wasted our time. Our 3d stop was at 11:28AM at a cafe with a spectacular view of the airport and the city. We had coffee and use this for a bathroom stop. Our 4th stop was at 12:30PM at Mon Repose Park, the estate where Prince Philip was born. Nice walk through the woods, lovely grounds and a chateau that had seen better days. Next, we returned to Kerkyra for a walk through town and lunch. One of our party expressed an interest in authentic gyros. The food and service were good and reasonably priced but we all agreed that similar food in the US was better seasoned. We finished lunch by 2:30PM and continued our walk through town. Personally, I would have skipped lunch to do more sightseeing in town. Just before 3PM, we were all tired and asked to be returned to the ship. In general, we felt that we could have seen more if we had started in Kerkyra, when we had more energy and moved on to the other locations later.

1.00How disappointing to get to port from your ship only to find out the tour operator cancelled your tour! Our group of 8 was so upset with the tour company I called to see if they could provide us with a replacement for the tour since we're off the ship waiting to be picked up for our tour. Viator & TripAdvisor did nothing to help us. They simply said 'Sorry" there's nothing we can do. It sucks because they charge you 3 days before your tour. So what do we get when THEY cancel on us? Nothing except a "Sorry". I'd think twice before you book with this company. We ended up taking a car service to take us around, thank goodness

5.00My friend and I had the pleasure of using Marinos’ services multiple times during our week in Corfu. We were so impressed! Marinos was consistently punctual, helpful and always went the extra mile for our needs. By the end of the trip he had become a great friend to us! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting looking for a convenient way to get around the island.
