You will receive a text message a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details. Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Please stand by at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the meeting time. Please present your confirmation to the driver upon pickup. In case you cannot find your driver, please contact him directly using the mobile number sent to you via SMS or email. Waiting time for departure airport transfer: 15 minutes after the indicated pick-up time. Please note that your flight number and departure time are strongly required upon reservation.
