  If you are looking for a different plan in Mendoza to get out of the ordinary, everyday and connect in a unique way with nature (and yourself), this is THE experience to do it. The Ecochacra surprised me pleasantly from start to finish. I was thrilled to discover, being a Mendozaian, that we have this gem that reminds us how generous nature is, how nice it is to slow down, breathe and enjoy contemplating, to return renewed and a little better daily. Heidi and Emilio welcomed us in the best way and accompanied us every moment, pampering us and making us feel at home. They are great hosts, you rating the commitment and love for what they do, and in every detail they transmit it so we can live it too. I made one of the most complete experiences and it was beautiful: harvesting on the farm, learning in the process, walking through the wetlands and closing with an amazing lunch with the food we previously harvested.   If you are looking to do something in Mendoza that is off the beaten track, other than a winery tour, this is definitely THE EXPERIENCE. Fully recommended!!! I returned recharged and it was a pampering of the soul to be able to connect with nature, with food, with silence, with peace and with the important things of life ❤️‍🩹 I did the whole experience and everything was amazing; harvesting on the farm, walking through the wetlands and closing with a delicious lunch.   We were greeted by Heidi, the owner of the place. We harvest blackberries, strawberries, pumpkins, miniature eggplants, browns, sweet potatoes, carrots and lettuce. Then we plant carrots. Then the visit continued through a beautiful forest of plants and streams where Heidi was explaining what we saw. We hired the tour with snack, and to our surprise, when crossing a stream we saw a table prepared in the middle of the forest. And nearby, a prime bathroom that they put together and disarm. He served us a delicious snack and we chatted a lot. It was an unforgettable experience. We brought home what we harvested. Lo, super recommend. It was a wonderful afternoon

  It was the most fascinating rural experience we have ever had. A place full of surprises, a combination of nature and luxury that left us delighted. The path full of landscapes to finally get to see the cooking process on fire of what would be our dinner, in the middle of the wetland forest, by candlelight and the moonlight. We went with my partner and our 1-year-old baby, we received super warm attention from Heidi and Emilio who made us feel at home all the time, and very very comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to feel the intense and pure flavors of freshly harvested organic vegetables, also accompanied by a pairing of spectacular wines. The place is beautiful, it was a family adventure that we would love to repeat!!
