  Eszter Sarody was an excellent guide for this most informative tour of Ceský Krumlov. Art and history combined, she made this enchanting walk through the Old Town and Castle Grounds so enjoyable with her knowledge and easy-going spirit. It is obvious she loves the town. We took this tour the evening of our first day, which helped make the remainder of our stay more familiar, and allowed us to go back to the sites we enjoyed the most and those the tour did not include. The time was just enough (~1 hour 40 min). I recommend the evening tour because of both the evening light which made the experience even more magical, and the lack of crowds later in the day. Thank you Eszter!!

  Met Eszter at 1700 at the main square & we were given a fantastic tour of the old town, covering topics such as the local noble families who built & occupied the castle, a brief history of the city itself, and the local landmarks. Eszter is an awesome guide, knowledgeable & funny, so a genuinely entertaining woman. We try to book yours the day we arrive to get our bearings & this really helped us out. Money & time well spent!!

  Eszter was kind enough to add a time to accomodate an evening tour for us. We were able to see and hear about the history of the Castle before strolling through the streets and experiencing the charm and ambiance as the sun went down. We arrived at the perfect overlook just minutes before the exterior lighting on the Castle turned on for the evening. She gave us fantastic meal recommendations and a special gift to remember Chesky Krumlov. We enjoyed and recommend her tour.

  Extremely knowledgeable guide for the town and good overview of the regional history. Eszzter was able to focus the tour on our particular interests in architecture. Her English is quite good and broad enough to provide some more nuanced descriptions. Her Sorbonne training shows. I would highly recommend spending an hour with her to get a deeper knowledge of how this town developed.

  Eszter provided us with a wonderful stroll through the streets and to some of the landmarks of Cesky Krumlov. She was quite knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. I highly recommend this tour as a way to get to know the town and learn some interesting facts and history. It was the highlight of our stay!

  We took this tour with Maria who was raised in Cesky Krumlov. Not only did she give an excellent tour of the town with the history from long ago, but as a native of the town she could give a great prospective of the more recent history. We learned so much on this tour that we would not have known if we didn't take the tour. I highly recommend this tour.
