Alex Sport Fishing

You will begin with a brief introduction with the captain and/or sailor, who will explain the conditions of the day, safety and fishing techniques. Then you will navigate to the most productive points, strategically selected according to the target species. On board you will use professional equipment and learn to apply techniques such as live bait, jigging, Rapala trolling and lure fishing. With the crew’s guidance, you’ll be looking for offshore species like Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo and Mahi Mahi, or inshore species like Roosterfish, Snapper Deck, Rainbow Runner and Almaco Jack. You will participate actively in each stage: detection of the bite, rod management and fight with the capture. We include photographs and fillet your fish at the end, with a choice of ceviche or fresh sashimi on board.

Weather was not ideal for fishing but this crew pushed forward to land us the chance to bring in a Marlin!!! There were boats everywhere hunting this fish. There knowledge and experience pushed to be better that the people out there with the million dollar boats! Very nice and accommodating crew as well!
Morning fishing along with drinks and food that I finish perfectly, with a caught sailfish and many that almost bite.

A brutal experience, we were in the morning fishing and when it seemed that the sailfish did not want to take the bait, finally we got it and also a big one, an adventure of the good and that we enjoyed a lot, thanks to both Alex and Pepe for their experience in this.

My son and I had a great day on the water with Pepe and Deiner lined up thru Carlos at Loco Tours. Saw sail fish jumping, dolphins and flying fish. Caught a Marlin and Tuna during an afternoon fish.
