5.00Mr Kim arrived in a minivan equipped with karaoke and water and a great smile. We had such a great time as Mr Kim took us to the Cedar Forest, volcano crater, Mincheon Lava Cave, and Traditional Folk village. Mr I look m made us feel very welcome and we only wished we had more time before heading back to the ship. It was easy to book and communications were great. Thank you Mr Kim. We will always remember our experience with you.

5.00Harrison was a wonderful guide and took us to our desired locations. Also, he made a great suggestion for lunch which we enjoyed very much! We would highly recommend going with Harrison who made us feel very welcome.

5.00John was great. Picked us up on time from our delayed cruise and dropped us off in time....no stress. He made an agenda for us that suited our wishes perfectly. We wanted an authentic Black Pork BBQ and it was delicious! He knows the island well and his English was perfect! Highly recommend John and his company.

5.00We had a good guide. His touring was great he picked us up exactly on time and made allowances for our “slow motion” walking. We are seniors and he accommodated us in the heat etc. His English was good not great but we used google translate and. Managed well Beauty island. Great museum of women divers

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our day trip to Jeju Island, South Korea was absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Harrison! From the moment we met, he was warm, welcoming, and full of knowledge about the history and culture of each stop. The visit to the volcanic crater was breathtaking—Harrison explained the traditions and stories behind each site in such an engaging way that we truly felt connected to the experience. Lunch was delicious and perfectly organized, giving us a chance to relax and enjoy authentic flavors. The shopping portion of the trip was also a highlight—we had just the right amount of time to explore and pick up unique souvenirs. Everything was seamless, stress-free, and so well coordinated. Harrison went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed themselves. This was hands down one of the best excursions we’ve ever booked, and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju Island. Thank you Harrison, for making our day so special—we will remember this experience forever!

5.00We arrived in Port with no plans. I found this tour from google. Taxi John responded quickly. We had our Amazing driver, tour guide Edgar pick us up within 30 mins. We did the Southside tour! We had the best day ever! We cannot thank Edgar and John enough for making our Jeju Island so memorable. We will be back soon! We were so happy with our tour, we referred our other ship Family to them. 19 of our ship booked for tomorrow! Don't miss this tour!

5.00We had a wonderful tour of East Jeju Island with James Park as our driver. He picked us up on time from the cruise terminal and took us to four different locations before returning us promptly to the terminal. Thanks to his excellent time management and guidance, we were able to make the most of our day and use our time efficiently. We highly recommend his service!

5.00Mr. Kim Taxi Service is top-notch! He efficiently transported us from the cruise port to Hyeopjae Beach in Jeju. What impressed us most was his quickness and flexibility with our tight transportation schedule, which allowed for a seamless pickup and drop off with no wait time. Mr. Kim was extremely friendly and personable, making the experience relaxing and stress free for the entire family. I highly recommend Mr. Kim for your transportation needs.
