  Fisseha was fantastic shuttle driver. He was a very courteous and helpful to our group of 8. He gave many suggestions on what to see and do in DC. He was on time both picking us up at the airport and taking us back so there was no waiting time. The shuttles were very clean. We would highly recommend this shuttle service. Thank you for a job well done.

  Excellent service, friendly attitude. Was even flexible when we had to make an unexpected stop on our way to the airport. Definitely recommend for any ground transportation needs while in the DC area

  I can’t praise Mr. Genemo enough for his service to our family in transporting us to the airport in plenty of time. Last year I traveled to DC and made a reservation with the Yellow Cab company for a pick up from our hotel for a super early flight. They never showed up. When I called, they said yes, they had my reservation but didn’t have any cabs in the area and we would have to wait until one was available. We came close to missing our flight! This trip I had 7 family members to get to the airport for another very early flight and found Easy Transport and City Tours online. I saw that the company had excellent reviews so I booked our airport transfer with them. Mr. Genemo was a half hour early which was a really big relief for me. He was super nice and made us all feel comfortable. His van was super clean and functional for all 7 of us. We made it to the airport in plenty of time which was a big stress relief for me. I would totally recommend this company for the purpose of airport transfer and I’m guessing his tour service is awesome as well. 5 stars for being reliable, friendly, and very personable!!

  EXCELLENT SERVICE- This is the 2nd time service has been requested by the company. We have a large group each time we contact him. Each time iy is consist top notch service. CLEAN, ON TIME AND QUALITY! Highly recommended when visiting the area. See you next year!

  Excellent service and 100% reliable. Went from DCA to Rockville with 13 bags and 4 people and with plenty of space. Totally recommend the service. Also fluid communication through WhatsApp.

  This was an outstanding experience for our group! We had 15 people who arrived at DCA and needed transportation to a local hotel. Fisseha was already at the airport when we arrived so we were able to quickly load and get to the hotel. He was extremely professional and provided great information about the monuments and other attractions along the way. Pick up at the hotel was equally outstanding! He was early arriving at the pick up location. His vans were very clean! I plan to use his service again on our next trip!

  We met Fisseha five years ago on our first trip to Washington, and since then we have been using his services for our family and friends. He recommended so many places for us to see, showed us beautiful areas around the city and even recommended good places to eat. I believe the personal touch he adds to the company is the reason we always used his services.
