3.00I hired them both for the way and the way back. The return to the airport was very good and smooth but, the airport pickup was pessimally coordinated. As it was my point of entry to Cambodia, I chose pickup an hour after landing for customs reasons, etc., they asked me for the airline, flight number and arrival time so I assume that they as experts know that customs procedures are very fast in their country (which I as a foreigner cannot know) and that they asked me for all the flight information so that I could have my transport ready for when I left the airport but unfortunately it was not. As soon as we left the indicated door, I wrote to tell them that we were ready, to which they replied that the driver was already on his way and that we would wait for him in front of the SIM card stand, what he did not tell us was that the driver was just leaving Siem Reap city and that it would take an hour to arrive. They told us this after waiting half an hour to see that all the other passengers were picked up. After more than an hour of waiting, a driver presented himself who was not at fault and who tried to tell me that they had changed the driver and that he had been sent suddenly. Bad arrival experience but good departure.

5.00They were amazing in accommodating my situation. My flight was unfortunately delayed and I wasn’t notified until I checked in an hour and a half before it was suppose to leave. The airline was extremely bad at communication and couldn’t even tell me when we were suppose to leave. I had to update them on the fly and they adapted like champs. 10/10 would book them again!
