The purple uniformed staff are easy to find at arrivals. However the staff member is the driver taking you, and when one flight was a bit late and another is a bit early (as happened to me) they can get themselves a bit confused about who is meeting/driving who! However it worked itself out and were still away in good time. For the return journey from Siem Reap they will advise pick ups up to 40 minutes before the time you booked - this enables all pick ups to be completed and leaving Siem Reap city at the advertised time. Again all completed in good time and worked well. Considering the scheduled bus is USD8 each way, this is USD9 for door to door which is good value. Siem Reap's new airport is a long (unnecessarily long!) way away from the city centre.

The driver was waiting with a clear sign & my name on a list. Picked up myself & other passengers, was friendly, drove me to my hostel. Was efficient & a reasonable price. Saves having to navigate taxis or negotiating with drivers on pricing. Happy with this service & would book again.
