Private taxi services are available for transfers between Siem Reap and Koh Chang, or vice versa, using air-conditioned vehicles equipped with safety belts. We offer various vehicle options: a sedan for 1-3 passengers, a minivan for 4-5 passengers, and a larger van for 6-9 passengers. The journey takes approximately 9-10 hours, plus an additional 1.5 hours for border crossing documentation. A private driver will pick up clients from their hotels in either Siem Reap or Koh Chang. Please note that the transfer not includes a ferry ride to Koh Chang, which passengers are responsible for paying at a fee of $3 USD per person. After the ferry ride, clients will proceed to the Poi Pet border crossing point, where they will complete their visa and immigration processes upon arrival in Cambodia or Thailand. Our team will assist clients in crossing the border and transferring to another vehicle in Cambodia or Thailand for the journey to their hotel in Siem Reap, Trat Pier, or Koh Chang, depending on the option selected. Clients need not worry about crossing the border or missing transportation; our team will coordinate with both sides in Thailand and Cambodia. There will be two drivers during the transfer—one in Thailand and one in Cambodia. At the time of booking, travelers must provide the hotel address, telephone numbers, and the full names of all passengers.

4.00We booked a transfer from Siem Reap to the pier for Koh Chang, and the Cambodian driver picked us up early in the morning at 5:30 AM. He was very friendly, spoke English, and allowed us to stop whenever we needed. We reached the border around 8:30 AM, where we had to switch cars and drivers. The passport control was quick and efficient. The new driver found us without any issues, and even though he didn’t speak English, we were able to communicate through the phone. He safely drove us to the pier, where we arranged our own ferry transfer to the island. We arrived at the pier at 1:00 PM, so the total journey took about 7.5 hours. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized trip, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

3.00We ordered a pickup at 8:00. Unfortunately, even 5 after 8 no pick up was to be seen . After intensive WhatsApp contact, a substitute driver appeared at 8:30 a.m. This then made calls to the limit (about 5 hours) without a hands-free system. A break was not offered. We had obtained an eVisa in advance, so crossing the border was quite problem-free. On the Cambodian side, a new driver was waiting with his boss. From here everything went easy and pleasant. The driver answered questions and gave us a lot of information. Even a short break was no problem.

5.00100% recommend this company, the border crossing at Poipet was so easy. There was someone at every stage of the way and they take a photo of you to send onto the next driver/person who then shows you that photo so you know it’s legit the right company to follow/go with. The only area they aren’t allowed in is the actual passport control area but as long as you have your e-visa completed and pick up one of the yellow immigration cards from the table inside that area and complete that it really was a doddle. No issues whatsoever, no ripping off or scams, we sailed through.
Very relaxed private transfer with good value for money.

5.00We were looking for a good and cheap private transfer from Siem Reap to koh Chang and found it absolutely here. Very good cars air conditioned and very nice drivers. Absolutely courteous and punctual. We were picked up from our hotel and even taken to our hotel in Koh Chang. So door to door service. At the border we were instructed precisely, so the border crossing (of which we had heard adventurous stories before) went absolutely smoothly. Everything was taken care of we didn't even have to buy the fahrickets ourselves from trat to koh Chang. These were included in the price. So if you want to treat yourself to the luxury of a private transfer to travel relaxed from a to b we can highly recommend this one. The processing in advance via WhatsApp went on very smoothly. So don't hesitate and travel relaxed

5.00For those who wish to travel to Ko Chang from Siem Reap, this is the ideal solution. Of course the journey is long but very difficult to do otherwise. By taking the service of this service provider you are safe with serious drivers, people before and after crossing the border to accompany you to the other vehicle ensuring the Thai part. No worries or questions to ask when buying the ferry ticket, everything is included. Crossing a border on foot is always a little stressful, this is where they are very strong, no scams or street vendors who will try to sell you something, you are in good hands with someone who accompanies you. Leave early in the morning to arrive around 10:30 a.m. in Poipet and thus enter Thailand more easily.

5.00The journey from start to finish was seamless. Comfortable cars, supplied water .Mr Ny explained what was happening and what was going to happen. We could stop at any point,just to let him know. At Immigration,Mr Sarath was very knowledgeable and efficient. Sailed through immigration. ( Of which we were apprehensive). Journey on Thai side ensured we arrived at our hotel with ease too. Taking care of all ferry tickets and delivering us straight to our door. Door to door service. Amazing. Would definitely recommend.
