A day between iconic places and real encounters, privately run, slowed down and with a personal touch.
Together with us, Fabian and Christina, a Swiss couple who love their homeland, we discover Unpacked places like Lauterbrunnen or Mürren away from the crowds. At your pace, without haste, with time for real impressions and quiet moments.
In between we take time for a Swiss picnic, depending on the season also with raclette from our own farm cheese and regional products.
There are no memorized texts, but honest stories, Swiss warmth and an experience that remains personal.

Lake Lungern
A short stop at the idyllic Lungernsee nestled between gentle hills, lush green forests and imposing peaks. The turquoise lake is like a hidden gem in the middle of the Central Swiss Alps and invites you to pause. Here you can feel the tranquility that nature radiates a silent moment far from time.
Giessbach Falls
A magical place where the water cascades through the forest and reaches Lake Brienz with a roaring sound. The view of the falls, framed by the historic Grandhotel and nature, looks like from another time. A place to marvel and breathe.

5.00A truly memorable day with stunning scenery throughout. Interlaken, a stop by Lake Brienz and Mürren with its incredible mountain views. Each Place was special in its own way. The picnic was so lovely prepared and fit perfectly into the surroundings. Fabian guided the day in a calm and pleasant way, sharing interesting insights without ever making it feel rushed. With such beautiful weather and amazing landscapes, it was an experience that will stay with me for a long time.

5.00What a beautiful day. Being on tour with Fabian never felt like a typical guided tour, but more like spending the day with someone who truly loves and knows the region. Lauterbrunnen and Mürren were absolutely stunning. The views of the mountains were incredible the entire time. Mürren was a real highlight. A small car free village with around 200 residents, moving at its own quiet pace high up in the mountains. It was special to see how people actually live up there, surrounded by such dramatic scenery. Lake Brienz and Lake Lungern were equally impressive, with clear turquoise water and carefully chosen viewpoints that never felt crowded. Everything was thoughtfully selected and beautifully organized. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone wanting to see a more authentic and scenic side of Switzerland.

5.00We really enjoyed this day and felt very comfortable throughout the tour. Fabian was a friendly and professional guide and everything was well organized without feeling rushed. The Mercedes vehicle was very comfortable and made the drives between stops easy and relaxing. Gimmelwald & Lauterbrunnen were beautiful, and it was nice to have enough time to enjoy both places. Going sledding was a fun and unexpected extra. Overall a very good experience and a great way to see this part of Switzerland. We would definitely recommend this tour!!

5.00We made a short stop in Switzerland before continuing our trip and were very happy we found Fabian’s tour. We chose the Lauterbrunnen tour and had a really lovely day with snowy mountains and beautiful views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. We especially enjoyed Gimmelwald and Interlaken, which were real highlights for us. The picnic in the snow was a nice surprise and the fondue with products from Fabian’s farm made it feel very personal. Fabian was a great guide, calm and attentive, and we never felt rushed. We could move at our own pace and simply enjoy the day. We would happily book this tour again.

5.00This tour was highly recommended to us by another couple and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect choice. Fabian showed us some of the most beautiful places in the Jungfrau Region. Mürren.was definitely our highlight, absolutely stunning and something we will never forget. Lauterbrunnen in winter was also incredibly specia, with frozen waterfalls that made the whole valley feel magical. At one point, Fabian surprised us with a Swiss picnic and freshly made raclette. It was simpel, delicious and really nice moment to slow down, enjoy the views and just take everthing in. This day was easily the highlight of our time in Switzerland. We would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and well organized experience.

5.00Fabian was a great guide and made our experience in this area of Switzerland wonderful. He was informative and very passionate about his homeland. We learned a great deal about the area and about everyday life in this beautiful country. He made us a picnic lunch with products from his own farm. It was delicious!!! The whole day was a day to remember!

5.00Wie spent Christmas in beautiful Switzerland and one day wie really wanted to see the Swiss mountains. We came across Fabians Tours and immediately knew we wanted to do the Lauterbrunnen Tour. He picked us up in a Mercedes Benz and showed us incredible places like Murren and Gimmelwald. He prepared a fantastic picnic for us and shared great stories about his farm life with his Kids and family. We can truly recommend this tour.It felt like spending the day with a friend rather than being on a tour.

5.00Our family of 4 (Mom, Dad, 11 and 15 year old boys) spent an incredible day with Fabian. He picked us up at our hotel in Zurich and took us to some of the most beautiful places we have ever seen....or even imagined. His obvious love for, and vast knowledge of the area was informative and refreshing. Fabian was very flexible with the locations he took us to and provided some intriguing options. Our boys, who are seasoned travelers and difficult to impress, still refer to our day with Fabian and say it was the best tour they had while we traveled through Europe. You will not feel like a tourist on this tour. It is special tour, and if you have the opportunity, do not pass it up. Our whole family fell in love with the Swiss countryside after one day. (also, try the cheese from his farm - outstanding!)
