2.00Was told by Isabelle that our driver would meet us in the port terminal, however he (Bob) never walked by the entrance or entered the terminal. After reaching out inquiring his whereabouts, were we informed he was outside in a different area. Port security would not permit us to exit the terminal until our driver arrived or had a solid arrival time. A different driver walked by multiple times with another party’s name, so why could our driver not make this minimal attempt. It is important to provide accurate information to patrons when booking.
