Tomas gave a smooth transition from Salzburg to Munich. He was on time and very communicative with pick up location. The van was very comfortable as well amd water provided. We made a stop for the 2 hr sightseeing in Bertesgarden, which is beautiful especially now with the Advent market. We made it to Munich just fine!

Had a great time. Saw beautiful sites along the way. Alex was our driver and he was very courteous and helpful. He was flexible with the schedule. He was more than a driver providing excellent input along the way. Would definitely recommend this excursion.

Vera from Sidetrip Tours was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, very knowledgeable, a fantastic tour guide and excellent driver. We had the most delightful experience traveling with Vera. She truly loves people! Her passion for travel is obvious as she shares so many pieces of information regarding every stop. We had a delightful lunch, and, arrived happily enlightened in Salzburg! The picturesque stops Vera made ensured we will return and travel again with Vera as our guide!

Easy and pleasant experience. We were picked up in Salzburg right on time. Then had a great drive and time at the Eagles Nest. For a slightly extra fee, the driver was able to drop us in Garmisch, instead of Munich.

After I booked this transfer, which at the time stated it included airport drop off, I was told airport drop off was an additional €30 on top of what I was already charged, I was incredibly upset and I attempted to cancel the booking altogether. When I asked both the operator and Viator to cancel with a refund ,due to what they listed as included not actually being included, both refused to allow me to cancel with refund. I decided, on principle, to be dropped off at city centre and pay a taxi for a ride to the airport. By this point I didn’t care if the taxi was €80, it was the principle of it. I planned on leaving a one star review to reflect my pure disappointment and feeling as though I was taken advantage of by the operator. Later in the day the tour operator owner reached out and said they have corrected the listing to reflect what I was told after the fact, that it is indeed an extra €30 paid cash to the driver to be dropped off at the airport. The owner agreed to have us dropped off at the airport to honour the original description. Our driver was friendly and arrived right on time. He helped with our bags and his car was very clean and comfortable. The suggested stop was at Heerenchiemsee but it was cold and rainy so we asked for something different. Our driver took us to Rosenheim where he offered a suggestion on good coffee. We walked around and ate some Weiss Wurst before heading back to the car. We took the scenic road from there to the airport which was a nice change from the highway. We arrived on time to the airport after a pleasant ride.
