5.00We arrived at Krakow airport without booking a taxi. Bart's car was at the head of the queue. What a stroke of luck. 😃 He got us to our hotel quickly and safely. As we were so impressed we used him to return to the airport at the end of our holiday. A great service.

5.00After we landed, the Krakow Direct driver was waiting for us. When booking I had indicated that 1 person is in a wheelchair and this was not a problem. We were dropped off nicely near our hotel. Because our hotel is located in a pedestrian area we could not get out in front of the door but this was absolutely no problem. Also back to the airport we were picked up by Magda right on time. Again a pleasant ride and Excellent Service!

5.00We were lucky to get Bart from the airport to Krakow and then we used Bart (and his colleague Marcin) to do trips to the Saltmines and Auschwitz-Birkenau before the airport return. They were always on time, had very clean cars, drove safely and gave us information and advice for our trips at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using them and if I return to Krakow I will be calling Bart! Thank you!

5.00Good experience and reasonable price for this airport transfer. They communicated by WhatsApp a couple days before and confirmed the exact pickup location. Driver was waiting when we came out, took five minutes to pull the car around, and got us to our destination smoothly.

5.00Bartek provided excellent service. He was very professional and very personable. The only glitch was that he was 15 minutes late due to an unforeseen traffic issue so I had to wait for him in the arrivals hall. Nevertheless, I would use this company again in the future.

5.00We got a taxi from krakow aiport and our driver was Bart, he was very friendly and polite and gave us a card if we needed any transport during our stay. We messaged to see if he could take us to our tour of shindlers factory, he gave us a quick response and arranged it all . We also arranged with him our transfer back to the airport . Nothing was too much trouble he was very happy to help which made it alot easier and less stressful for us meaning we could enjoy our trip . Thanks so much would definitely recommend 😊

5.00I took a taxi from Krakow airport to go to my hotel in the city center. The driver was a very sociable, friendly guy, and he drove very safely. The price was fair. I enjoyed the ride so much that when I return to Krakow, I will definitely call him
