5.00If I had six stars, I would put that. Alexander the Great went above and beyond! We ended up getting the wrong luggage at the airport and I called Alex and he came right back to the hotel and picked us up. Not only did he bring us back to the airport but got out of his car to show us where the United office was where they would have our luggage. He then waited for us to get the right luggage and brought us back to the resort. He honestly made what could have been a multi-day mishap for us only turn into an extra hour in the car, super grateful we had him as our driver. If we had a family BBQ he would be the first person we’d invite to put it in perspective.

5.00Julio is by far the most professional concierge service provider in the Punta Cana area. He is punctual, professional, respectful, and provides amazing insight and services when visiting Dominican Republic. There is no one else I would want to help with transportation or anything else for that matter.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed our first transfer with Adreil that we booked him for our second one. He was such a pleasant gentleman. He was great at answering our questions and sharing information with us about the area. We will definitely book him again on our next visit to Punta Cana.

5.00We booked Adreil on the recommendation of someone else, and from the very beginning he was very easy to deal with. Extremely friendly. We felt we had been friends for quite a while, gave us alot of info of the area of punta cana, Bavaro Beach. We used him to go to Macao beach for a destination wedding. He was always on time, communicating all the time. He even took us to a market at no extra cost. We highly, highly recommend using Adreil for a shuttle and he said he will take people on excursions as well.
Destination DR was an excellent transfer service to our resort - request Julio!

5.00Destination DR was the best transfer company we have used in the DR (after about 10 trips). Our driver, Julio, was such a great driver and the vehicle was very clean. The driver was really fun. He helped us with luggage. He told us abut the country while we drove. I will definitely use this company in the future and will request Julio!

5.00This is by far the best experience we have ever had with any transport company anywhere in the world and we travel quite often for business and pleasure. The customer service is excellent and attentive. I entrusted my daughter's unaccompanied trip to them and they communicated each step of the way. As parents we felt safe and they took care of her as if she were their own child. Transfer Destination Dr. is the name of their company and Mr. Alexander Martinez is the name of the gentleman who handled the service. As a parent whose child is abroad for the first time alone, I was a nervous wreck but Alexander made me feel like I was there myself. He sent pictures and updates. I will absolutely call them next time I am in the area. So , I hope this review helps any parent who is looking for reassurance when safety is of paramount concern. Thank you Alexander.
