2.00The taxi was late. I think when it did arrive it was not really what was booked as it was just a regular car, not really luxury. Was told on the phone the reservation had been made foe the wrong time. He didn't speak any English, and proceeded to spend a lot of time on his phone when driving . At least we got there.

5.00Good, very careful, safe driver. Everything went well. Only thing i would point out is that, contrary to what booking says, he did not speak any English. He was, however, good at using Google translate on his phone, so there were no problems. We have had this situation with other transfer companies in Vietnam. 'English Guide' in Vietnam seems to mean that they can uses phones to translate into English.

4.00Easy way to get from Ha Giang to Sapa on a schedule that work for you. Have 4 stars because the booking said English speaking guide and our guide spoke Vietnamese and Chinese. Not really a problem. We used google translate.
